The Cottage:
Our cottage is located on Wilkinson Drive which runs next to Kennisis Lake. This open, spacious, comfortable cottage has much to offer. The living area features a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows that faces the lake offering a commanding view of the lake and outlying islands from every room. The cottage is tucked in a nook within the main lake and its excellent westerly exposure offers sun all day. Our sunsets are spectacular. You won't want to leave the dock until late into the evening.

The cottage features three well equipped bedrooms ? two with double size beds and one with a double bed/single bunk. There is a three-piece bathroom. The Cabin has two queen size beds and a four piece bathroom.
Amenities
The main cottage features a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. (The dryer is located in the shed situated next to the main cottage). There is also a telephone, flat screen TV (no cable or satellite) and a DVD player. The deck attached to the main cottage features a propane BBQ and comfortable deck furniture (dining table and outdoor living-room set). For those who wish to spend time reading, relaxing or playing outdoor ping pong there are a number of well positioned, tree-covered flat spaces and "nooks" in front of the cottage with a great view of the lake. We supply a good selection of lawn furniture and Muskoka chairs. The water's edge and dock area includes a fire pit and our guests can enjoy the use of a canoe, kayak and windsurfer.
Waterfront & Swimming
A key feature to our rental cottage is its extensive natural shoreline (235' of frontage) with a large 30'*20' dock/deck situated right at the waters' edge. Extending from the stationary dock is a large floating dock with swim ladder. Sitting off of a natural, rocky point on the property is a water slide; there is primarily deep water swimming from the dock with a limited shallow area. The bottom is primarily rocky, but there is a small sand/rock part which deepens quickly.
