Maple Court Cottages is conveniently located 2 1/ 2 miles east of Port Dover overlooking beautiful Lake Erie.
We are accepting Summer (July-September) weekly rentals ONLY due to Covide19 cleaning and sanitization protocols. From October 1st through May 1st we will consider short term monthly rental. (Rents for winter months October through May 1st $1400.00)
There is easy access to the lake with terraces sculpted out of the banks for your lawn chairs and a relaxing view of Lake Erie and Long Point. A flat rock shale shoreline offers access to the water. Water shoes are recommended to get in and out of the water.
The water is clean and warmer than any of the other Great Lakes and boasts to have the best fishing for Perch, Pickerel, Lake Trout and Salmon in Southern Ontario.

Our fully furnished and equipped cottages are wheelchair accessible, 2 bedroom with kitchen, dinette, living room, wireless internet, Satellite TV and 3-piece bath with shower. The only things you need to bring are your own toiletries, linens and personal items.
We have 4 cottages in total. All have been upgraded with new beds and upgraded furniture. Only our deluxe cottage is waterfront our 3 other smaller cottages are property facing with access to the water. Please note due to our extensive renovations and guest feedback on allergies, property cleanliness and noise(barking) we are no longer hosting any pets.

Note: We have 4 cottages and 1 bungalow situated on lakefront property with easy access to the shoreline of Lake Erie. Our beach is flat shale and is suitable for lounging, fishing or walking. Fishing is excellent and the town boasts the best perch/pickerel restaurants in the area. Tourist friendly town with lots of great shops! | We stayed in cottage 4, and had such a wonderful experience. Fran and Mike are exceptional hosts, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and that we had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean, well kept and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, quite luxurious in fact. A lot of spaces to lounge on,whether to read a great book, play cards, scrabble or play chess or even watch a movie on the big screen tv. The view is stellar from any where on the property, many areas to enjoy the peace and quiet, and watch the wildlife, or activity on the water. The kitchen was spacious, and well stocked. The AC was welcome on hot humid afternoons and nights, but usually a lovely breeze off the water helped as well. My husband and I really enjoyed our time down near the water on the guest deck, loved the peace and quiet and sense of solitude while watching the birds including the pair of bald eagles that were in the area. We swam everyday with our son, (9 yrs old) He enjoyed the kids kayak, water mat and floatie, and there are chairs can use to relax in the water. There is a canoe and kayak as well. There are lots of rocks to explore, and need water shoes as very slippery and hard on feet. Please note that the incline to water is steep and not easily accessible to everyone. The water was clear when calm, shallow and refreshing. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

| We had an amazing vacation at maple court cottages! We stayed in cottage 3. It was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property with amazing lake views in a very peaceful setting. It was just what we were looking for! Fran and Mike are great hosts and made sure our stay was exceptional. We definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

| This place exceeded my expectations. We stayed in Cottage 4, which had a tremendous view from the porch overlooking Lake Eire. Needless to say, we spent most of our time on it. Inside, two bedrooms with very comfy beds, very efficient AC, and a large screen TV. The kitchen was completely equipped, and we really didn't have to bring anything. Oh yes, a large BBQ with free propane, but we never used it as we bought our own charcoal one along. Highly recommended, and we will be back. Convenient, only being five minutes from Port Dover.
