Plan your next weekend retreat or family vacation. Relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Nestled privately amid mature trees on a quiet, no-exit road this cottage is equipped with everything for your vacation getaway. Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. The main level features open concept kitchen/ dining/living with expansive windows for light and view of the lake. The kitchen area has a table that seats 6; dining room area has another table that seats 6. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The spacious master, overlooks the lake and has sliding patio door leading to its own private deck. The primary bedroom has a queen and double bed. Two more bedrooms offer queen beds. Haines Lake, one of Digby County's most popular resort lakes, is great for swimming, kayaking and small craft boating.

| I would like to say, that this property Hillside Haven, has been one of the best vacation rentals, that we have been to in 10 years. There was 7 of us, and we enjoyed it immensely. Everything was laid out perfict. The gazebo was inclosed with fine mash to keep the flys out, and it worked great. The cottage had air conditioning and kept us cool when we got hot outdoors in a heat wave. It was only a 12 minute drive to the town of Digby, from the cottage. Lot of wood for burning, and lots of propane, two tanks. Water cooler inside with three refills, and kayaks and canoes to use on a beautiful Haines lake. TV and internet was flawless there. Now the hostess are more then happy to aid you, if you need help. And I must say, the hostess were very accommodating and friendly, you just can't get any better then this. If you are a smoker, you will love this, becaues I looked at 80 other places, and there is absolutely no smoking on the premises at these rentals. Know you cannot smoke in the cottage, I don't smoke in my own house, but outside should be left up to the individual, and be smart enough not to leave butts laying around. Over all anyone that stays here, I feel confident in them enjoying themselves very much. What an enjoyable and relaxing time we had. Thank you for reading.
