It works equally well for a small family, or a larger family or group. Two large decks front and back. Large living room and large backroom/den with TV and DVD. Large fenced, private, and hedged yard. Short drive to Winnipeg Beach, Gimli, and Selkirk shopping.

One minute walk (right out front) to large public beach and pier. Community Club with organized activities 10 minute walk. Two public tennis courts five minutes walk. Golf (all 18 holes)- Sandy Hook 10 minutes. Teulon 20 minutes, Links at the Lakes (Gimli) 20 minutes, Netley Creek 15 minutes.
