Very private, good fishing, dock, child friendly, play area, good beach, no drop off, raft, beautiful sunsets. 1 hour drive to Algonquin Park. Close to Madawaska R. FREE use of a 2 canoes, paddle boat and 4 kayaks, 2 stand-up boards, small aluminum boat(no motor), life jackets and 15ft. water mat. Close to white water rafting, kayaking, golfing, shops in Bancroft and Barry's Bay area, 1 hour drive to Algonquin Park Maximum of 6 people, including children. There is no tenting allowed on the property. Heating:propane fire place Guests allowed: No. only with permission Smoking: No. only outside Equipment: 3 bedrooms,(three queen beds), 1 bath/ shower, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. All pillows and bedding are provided, clean, TV & DVD, Shaw satellite, BBQ, screened-in gazebo, picnic table, outdoor furniture, dock, raft, some outdoor toys, fire pit with FREE wood. BATH TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

NOTES Weekly rate is $2000/wk plus $100 for cleaning, during peak season (July 1st week to Labor Day Weekend). Off season June, September, October, is $1200/wk plus $100 cleaning fee. A $200 down payment is needed to hold your reservation, the remainder to be paid upon arrival. A $300 damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned the week following your stay, after the cottage is cleaned and checked for damage. We also charge $100 per pet.
