Perfect location for family and couples alike, this beautiful newly renovated bungalow home overlooking Wellers Bay offers amazing sunsets and a sandy beach. Close to North Beach, Presqu'ile, Sandbanks Provincial Parks and located on the Arts Trail. Enjoy the many wineries, artisanal shops and culinary delights that await you in Prince Edward County.

This home offers all the amenities of home including dishwisher, laundry air conditioning and Bell Expressvu. There are two bedrooms on the main level with the living and dining areas. On the lower level another bedroom and family room for relaxing.
The owners are happy to share more details on wineries and restaurants to visit in the area.

Extremely comfortable cottage on a bay in PEC.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with ample plates, glasses and cutlery for a large group. Lots of games and wonderful water sports equipment. Our kids loved it and everything seemed like it was only 20 mins away. The water is warmer than most of the lake here, and shallow enough for young kids to enjoy. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The front and backyard is spacious with plenty of room to run around or sit and relax. The water by the dock is shallow with some rocks. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every night on the dock. Inside the shed, there are some sand/water toys, a canoe and some adult life jackets for your use. The inside of the cottage is very cozy with an open concept layout on the main floor. The basement is finished with an additional bedroom and living room. There is a washer/dryer which comes in handy, especially after a day at the beach. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels and beach towels are provided which really helped us cut down on the amount of packing we needed to bring. If you have kids, there are some toys, puzzles, books and craft supplies to use which helped keep them entertained during the one rainy day we had. North Beach Provincial Park is a 5 minute drive from the cottage and Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 30 minute drive. Both beaches are beautiful with soft sand and shallow water by the shore. The Ontario Parks pass is included with your stay so no need to pay to get in. I would just suggest to book your daily vehicle permit online ahead of time to ensure entry on your preferred day. We visited the town of Trenton which was about a 15 minute drive away and went to the Air Force Museum by the air force base and saw lots of airplanes. I would definitely recommend this cottage if you have a group of 6 people or less.

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Grondin Retreat for 4 days in early September. The cottage was immaculate and very well kept. The view from the deck and dock was amazing, as advertised. We enjoyed the close proximity to the wineries, breweries, provincial parks, and golf courses in the county. We wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Prince Edward County. The cottage was lovely and met all our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was very pleasant just to sit and look out over the bay and watch all the wildlife. We were within easy distance of Trenton and the 401 as well as Picton, Wellington and 3 provincial parks: Sandbanks, North Beach and Presqui'le.
