Air-conditioned 3 Bedroom cottage on the Lower Rideau minutes from Rideau Ferry which has an LCBO/beer store. This cottage is very cozy, clean and private. Cottage has all amenities including BBQ, T.V /DVD player, Internet service , WiFi stereo system, fridge, stove, freezer, microwave. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs.

Cottage has an 8 person hot-tub with a large deck surrounding it; dinning patio set that seats 6-8 and Adirondack chairs for your use. Large dock where you can sun bathe or just relax. Large gazebo with sectional nestled under trees at edge of patio and next to the water. Cottage is in Beveridge's Bay which has good swimming and fishing. Fire pit with wood provided. Canoe, children's Kayak, sitting Kayak (above water)14 ft row boat, and a stand up paddle board all available. Life-jackets of various sizes are provided. We recently added a sleeping loft which is perfect for 4-6 children/youth.

The towns of Perth and Smiths Falls are 10 minutes from the cottage and there are three golf courses all within 15 minutes. There is a drive-in that runs nightly 3 minutes up the street which kids really enjoy. Public boat launch 1 minute from the cottage as well.

There is a queen size bed, and 2 double beds.

$1,600 week in September and October
$2,000 week June, July and August
