Amazing summer cottage on Crow Lake, just 45 mins from Kingston, less than 2 hrs from Ottawa, nestled in the Rideau lakes area. You won't be disappointed with the beautiful lake view from this cottage. The cottage overlooks 100 ft. of waterfront area with dock. Really nice small sandy beach area, the swimming area is very clean, no weeds and a sandy shallow slope into the water. The cottage front has a 600 sq. ft. deck with breathtaking views of the lake. Deck is equipped with a picnic table, lawn furniture, chairs and 4 Burner Napoleon gas BBQ (new in 2023) - great for outdoor dining! The Cottage is approximately 900 sq ft and features 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed and a double bunk bed. Bathroom has recently been redone. Very well equipped kitchen. There is a Flatscreen Smart TV w/ soundbar, and also VCR/DVD Player - with a great collection of cottage classic VHS and DVD movies for your enjoyment. Wifi is also included, and there is a Chromecast connected to the TV, so you can watch from your own devices. There's a stereo system as well, including an easy-to-use Bluetooth receiver.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a working washing machine and telephone. The Dryer does not work.

Note: This family waterfront cottage has a beautiful view of Crow Lake, South Frontenac. It has 100 ft. of waterfront, great for swimming. There is a small private sandy beach area. Crow Lake is a pristine spring-fed lake wonderful for fishing, boating, and snorkeling and is full of wildlife. Crow Lake connects to nearby Bob's Lake through a channel.
