| Our family stayed at the Blue House for the Thanksgiving long weekend. It was a wonderful stay and we absolutely enjoyed every moment. The owner spared no detail and you have more than enough of everything you could possibly imagine. The house is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, loads of towels and linens, lot's of comfortable furniture for many quests, lot's of rooms and beds, an amazing view of the water in the front and such an enjoyable treat to watch the cows at the farm next door. The cottage is very large with a lot of space inside and out for a large family (or multiple families). The booking, check-in, and check-out process was very easy and smooth and the owner is truly thoughtful and makes you feel like family with all the little added touches throughout the cottage. We will absolutely be back again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thank you so much Carol for a beautiful weekend.

| Great place for family gatherings. Main floor layout is very spacious with lots of places for hanging out. Beautiful views from the front veranda and back deck. Convenient location close to the town of Pugwash, provincial beach, golf and other local attractions. House was very clean on arrival. Looking forward to future stays at the Blue House.

| What a wonderful place to stay! We had 4 - 76 years of age folks joining us through our stay and it suited everyone. A great place to unplug (but capabilities to do so if needed) and slow down. The farmhouse is well off the road with beautiful views of the water. A short drive to Gulf Shore Provincial Park at various stages of the tide was great for swimming and collecting beach glass. Would love to return again!

| Our stay at the Blue House couldn't have been better. The rural farm setting with views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach was charming. We were looking for a place to stay close to Northumberland Links golf course and this was just perfect. The character of the old place was still there and the beds were comfy and the home was very clean. We sat outside on the deck in the mornings and watched the cedar waxwings (birds) feasting on the berry bushes close by. Our hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. All in all a great Nova Scotia stay-cation in the COVID times.
