| This cottage was everything we had hoped for and more. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, but the real star for us was the lake. Perfect lake for swimming, canoeing, kayaking (canoes and kayaks were provided) with calm waters and very little powerboat traffic. The view from the beautiful deck makes you feel like you are virtually right ON the lake. Neighbours were quiet and respectful, only 10 minutes from town if you need to replenish supplies, and Beth and Rob were excellent, very responsive hosts (the hand-written welcome note and local fresh blueberry pie were a lovely touch). We cannot wait to stay again next year and would recommend this cottage to any couple or small family looking for a perfect lakeside cottage experience. Tim

| The pictures are great but don't do justice to the ambiance. Perfect blend of creature comforts and lake side living. Waking up to the sounds of the forest and sight of the fog lifting from a mirror smooth lake can only be captured by being there. Ideal spot to get away and immerse yourself in quiet and beautiful surrounding of best Muskoka offers. Beth and Rob are perfect hosts. Over the years, my wife and I have rented cottages in the summer in different parts of Ontario. We liked them all and returned to a few for another week's visit. This cottage is the only one we are returning to for the third time next summer.

| A very clean and well stocked cottage that contained everything we needed for our weeks stay. The welcome note and raspberry pie was a great touch. The views of the lake and forest were awesome at this time of year. There are great places to walk close by and plenty of things to take in at Gravenhurst - Muskoka Lake cruise was great. Enjoyed the use of the paddle boat and kayak. The entire process of contacting and renting this location was very easy. Beth and Rob are great hosts. We would visit here again.

| What a wonderful week we had and what a warm welcome - a delicious blueberry pie and note from the owners. We paddled around the end of the lake, walked local trails and enjoyed the beautiful views. Absolutely perfect with the leaves in front of our cottage turning red. In addition to the local animals that one of the previous commenters listed, we saw wild turkeys, herons and a muskrat. I think it was the loveliest cottage I've ever stayed in, with all the comforts and conveniences of home, plus so many extras like the boats, dock, the Bell satellite, and that awesome bedroom view. Very quiet too! Looking forward to future visits.

| I didn't want to leave!! I stayed in the cottage for 3 months to get away from city life and got to see the seasons change from a chilly March spring with a frozen lake and bare trees to a beautiful summer. Each with its own beauty. It was the most relaxing and wonderful place. The cottage is so cozy and cute and the lake view is incredible. It was the perfect size for me alone but also for when my parents stayed in the second room when they came to visit.
Beth and Rob really thought it through and made sure the kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever need while you are there. It also came with life jackets and games, so perfect for families. Really enjoyed our bbq's there and taking a spin on the paddle boat around the lake.
The neighbours are all very quiet and respectful so you can truly relax and enjoy. When I was there, there wasn't many people around in the week. The water was so warm by the end of June and the swimming was incredible. It's a clean cozy little lake, beautiful wildlife everywhere (birds, friendly chipmunks, turtles) and also very close to the town of Gravenhurst.
The owners, Rob and Beth are great people and were on hand when I needed something and Rob told me about some great trails to visit in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to going back again in the future!
