White Lake Private Resort - Exclusive to your group only! White Lake Private Resort is a beautiful resort within an hour from Ottawa. The resort is designed to accommodate groups from a minimum of 25 to 40 people for overnight accommodations. However, the resort grounds can accommodate large events up to 100+ people for a day time event. The resort is a private compound exclusively reserved for your group! Our cottages and lodge are nestled along the breath taking shoreline, overlooking a pristine White lake. The beautiful view makes for a unique nature event. Enjoy the serenity of the amazing sounds of the loons, while overlooking the lake and the magnificent view in the distance. We have all the amenities to provide you with a full event set up. The Pool and Spa, event tent, two kitchen facilities and five sleeping cottages are exclusive only to your group! The property is ideal for a small group of 4 to 10 families and close friends. The main lodge has 3 bedrooms with the option to convert the TV room into a bedroom and a large common area and a sun-room. Most sleeping cottages are situated on the shoreline of the lake to accommodate your group. The lodge is the perfect spot for your group to gather or reunite together. The lodge also includes access to the indoor spa facilities (heated pool / hot tub / sauna) all overlooking the lake. The common area cabin has the second kitchen shower facilities and a large area for your group. Movies and outdoor games are readily available. We understand that each individual booking or event might have some unique aspects.

You can rent the resort if you are less than 25 guests during off peak months. However, due to our operating budget we have to charge a minimum of 25 guests during peak season (July & Aug). There is a property manager on site in his own cabin off to the side. The property manager is there to maintain and help with the pool and spa facilities for the time of your stay. Family Cottage #1 - Main Lodge
The main building comes with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, with the option to convert the TV room into a bedroom. The lodge also has a full washroom, dining area and a beautiful sun room with a walk down to a large Mediterranean concrete deck 5 feet away from the shoreline giving you a panoramic view of White Lake. The lodge is attached to the indoor heated pool area, which is also accessible to the rest of the resort. The area is enclosed with sliding patio doors around the pool giving you the optimal view of the lake and forest. The pool area also has a large sauna that sits 6 a shower and a washroom.
Common area building - Second kitchen / Rec room / Conference room
This cottage has showers, and a second kitchen. Perfect for games room / TV room. This cottage can easily be transformed into a conference / meeting room or an events room. Event Room - conference equipment can be rented and setup for your business / team building retreat. Event tables and events tents can also be part of your event package. (subject to extra cost)
Family cottage #2 - Two bedroom- sleeps 6/10
This cottage has two floors. Top and bottom. Each has a full washroom. The top room has a screened in porch with tables and chairs. The bottom room has a deck that hangs 6 feet over the water! Each floor has two double beds and a pull out couch / futon. The rooms are perfect for couples or small families. They are equipped with coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, TV / DVD combo and air conditioning.
Family cottage #3 - sleeps 6/12
This cottage has two floors. Top and bottom. Each floor has two bedrooms a pull out couch, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and a TV / DVD combo. This cottage is situated right on top of the water, where you have the optimal view of the fantastic sunsets. Great for fishing, soaking in the sun and swimming.
Cottage #4 - sleeps 3/6
This cottage has a great view of the water line. Each room has a screened in porch with two separate entrances. It has a futon & option for another futon, two double beds, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and a TV / DVD combo.
Cottage #5 - sleeps 3/6
Situated 50 feet from the water and has a great view of the lake. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a futon for a small family with sofa area. The cabin comes equipped with A/C, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a TV / DVD
combo.
Property Manager Cabin - There is a cottage designated for the property manager on site.
The resort can provide a pontoon boat rental. Renter must possess a Canadian boat license. Canoes and pedal boats are located on property for your group to enjoy free of charge.
The resort offers your group plenty of entertainment with our indoor heated pool, this area is enclosed with sliding patio doors, giving you the optimal view of the lake and forest, this area also houses the large sauna, six person hot tub and shower facilities. The lodge can accommodate a large sitting or dining area for those groups which like to dine or gather together, this is a great meeting point for your group. This area has a large sun room with a walk down to a Mediterranean concrete deck right on top the shoreline giving you a beautiful panoramic view of White Lake (Pickerel Bay).

Your group will have access to a games room. This cabin can provide your group with a television and satellite as well gaming consoles for the kids to enjoy. These areas of the resort are great on rainy days. Even rainy days are beautiful here.

Catering includes buffet setup, plastic plates and utensils. All BBQ meats are all marinated in the original rub and sauces and slow smoked with different combinations of flavored wood for 6 plus hours. Completed by grilling all meats with Original BBQ Sauce. An amazing taste you won't forget!

| This was the perfect venue for our son's wedding! The cottages were clean and comfortable; the site was magical; and the weekend was filled with boating, fishing, swimming in the indoor pool and enjoying the hot tub, dancing, bonfires, great food, and an atmosphere conducive for everyone to have a wonderful time. Dan could not have been more accommodating. He ensured that our every wish was attended to. The fireworks over the lake highlighted the incredible occasion this was!

| We had a church camp at this resort, the experience was the best we've had for our group. We had about 40 individuals and it was amazing.
Dan made us feel very comfortable and ensured that our time spent there would be memorable.
The cabins were well maintained and clean. The accommodations provided for our group was great.
We would definitely book this resort again.

| In August 2016 we held our wedding at White Lake Private Resort and it was an absolutely perfect venue. We had spent the summer before looking for venues that were close to Ottawa and could sleep a sizeable amount of people while still having that cottage feel. There was nothing comparable to WLPR and we were sold as soon as we saw the lake.
White lake was a stunning background to our ceremony and an awesome playground for the 6 days our group was there.
Dan, the owner, was great, beyond being a super nice guy, he was extremely available and accommodating and was a great help as we planned the event and during our time at the resort. He catered a seriously delicious BBQ meal for the day of and set of an awesome firework show.
With the venue, and Dan's support we had the exact event we wanted, a beautiful, relaxed event where we got to have quality time with our friends and family. Our guests all said it was the best wedding they had been to, and we agree, we'd happily do it all again next year.

| We had a family reunion at the White Lake/White Tail lodge in August 2016. The facilities were fantastic and were far beyond our expectations. Dan, the site manager was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The facilities were very clean and afforded us more than enough space. Dan was also able to offer us the opportunity to have a great chicken and rib cook up for more than 30 people. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is especially thinking of having a family reunion. What a great get-away on a beautiful lake!

| Had a fantastic time at White Lake Private Resort! I brought our family for our annual family reunion. 30 family members stayed for the weekend. It is right on the water, with kayaks, canoes a pontoon boat and jet skis available. All buildings were clean and well taken care of by Dan. The main house with its large kitchen was ideal for a big group. The second kitchen was ideal for late night snacks and bar. The three BBQ's were perfect! Not all cabins had washroom facilities, but there were ample washrooms throughout the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub allowed for much fun for the younger children in our group and gave a nice reprieve from any poor weather or rain. We will be returning in 2016
