This beautifully renovated four-season cottage is located on a stunning private beach.
Recently, it has received several upgrades, including a complete water filtration system that removes all iron and sulfur from the well water.
The living area is bright and spacious, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a coffee maker, and more. The dining table seats six. There is a full bathroom on the main floor, along with another bathroom featuring a stand-up shower in the Master Bedroom.
The cottage includes two sleeping areas. The Master Bedroom boasts a Queen bed and an attached sunroom with skylights and breathtaking views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed configured with a Twin over Double setup. The living room also features a sofa that folds out into a double bed.
Outside, you'll find a firepit, a patio set, lawn chairs, and a BBQ. The large U-shaped balcony overlooks the ocean, providing sun or shade throughout the day.
