Breezy Point Cottage is on the Upper Rideau Lake near Westport ON (between the Villages of Newboro & Westport)Location is approximately 1.25 hrs from Ottawa or 3.5 hrs from Toronto. We are located on the Rideau Canal System. 3 bedrooms 1-3pc bath sofa bed queen size in living room Facilities: Dockage & Launch included in rental fee. Sandy Beach with gradual entry for children also the is deep water off dock & part of shoreline children who cannot swim must be supervised at all times. Cottage is less than 50' from the water (children must be supervised as parts of shoreline have deep water) Fridge, Propane stove/ oven, satellite TV, microwave, Free high speed wifi, vacuum cleaner , air conditioning
Plates, Cups, bowls, Cutlery, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, are provided.
2 Queen sized Bedrooms & 1 Double sized bedroom & one queen sofa bed in Living room & 3pc bath (shower no tub)
Gas Barbecue & fire-pit
Kayaks, paddle boards& paddles. (renters must bring their own life jackets)
Outdoor plastic chairs supplied
Pets are allowed for an extra fee $200. per pet (owners of pets are responsible for outdoor & indoor clean up pets & must keep the off the neighbour's property & leashed for walks. Pets allowed not on the furniture)
Bring your own linens (including bath & beach towels, dish rags, hand towels & sponges etc., queen & double sheet sets & blankets, & single sheets & blankets, pillows are available)paper towels, tissue & TP, paper plates, toiletries, food, personal lawn furniture, toys, preferred cooking appliances.
Linens can be provided for the cottage for 250$ per week= this includes all bedding, towels & wash cloths, beach towels, dish rags & towels, paper towels, toilet paper. Bedding is only changed weekly.
Rental Periods are WEEKLY ONLY 6:00pm Friday check-in to Friday 3:00 pm departure Early check in is sometimes available but must be confirmed by owners the day of arrival.
Rental Cost $1750.00 per week in main season for up to 6 people extra guest will be charged extra fees
Smoking is allowed outside only(not inside cottage). Waste materials from cigarettes' must go in fire pit or trash can not on the lawn or in the lake.
We do give special reduced rates for monthly or longer term rentals must contact owner for rates.
We do rent seasonally through the winter please contact owner for rates.
Local by-laws allow for 11:00pm to 7:00am for quiet hours as do we for the sake of our neighbors.
