We loved our cabin stay! The owners were very nice and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed and was secluded in nature. A very relaxing trip that only took a 10-minute drive to Goderich.

Just a pleasure to have such great people stay Natalie. Beautiful Puppy. Thankyou for leaving the Cabin SPOTLESS! PLEASE COME AGAIN VERY SOON. Dougie and Jenny

We stayed at the cabin in July 2022, and loved the place! First time we rented a cabin, and got very positive experience. Lovely hosts; nice cabin with that special wooden smell inside; private space, quiet and green; minutes walk to the best hidden beach of the lake Huron, where dogs are ok!!

Thanks a lot Dougie and Jenny, hope to see you again next year!

It was great to have you and your wonderful family here for a stay. Thankyou so much for leaving the cabin and site so clean.Cabin was spotless! Hope to see you soon. Dougie and Jenny.

We stayed in one of Doug and Jenny's cottage in July 2021. It was pretty much what we thought it would be. The cottage was clean and well equipped with all the cooking essentials you would need. In the past we have always gone camping, but with Covid, we felt more comfortable renting a cottage. Not having a stove was not an issue as we just used our camping stove. The private bathroom was just a short distance from the cottage. Doug and Jenny were awesome hosts and let us walk through their beautiful gardens and enjoy some strawberries. My husband, especially loved talking about blues music with Doug. Our only thing on our wish would be not having to share a shower with the other cabin. But it is not enough to stop us from going back. We have already booked for next year. Louise and Ravi

Owner response:
It was so nice to have you two. We had fun. Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Can't wait to see you again and play safe. Dougie and Jenny.

We stayed at Doug's and Jenny's cabin last week. It is a beautiful and quiet property and Doug and Jenny are just the nicest hosts. My mom unfortunately had an accident. Both Doug and Jenny went above and beyond with their generosity and compassion. They provided my mom with a walker and a scooter so she could get down from the cottage and sit and move around the back yard. They were also super helpful with advice as we have never had experienced such a situation before. I have to say that they made this difficult situation bearable. Everyone we met were generous and kind. Thank you so much Doug and Jenny.
