Perhaps the perfect setting and location to suit the whole family. Sit on the swing in the trees, lie in bed and listed to the two water falls from the brook just outside the master bedroom. Play in the sand or sit out on the long dock. Bring your boat and tie off, ski, swim or cruise. There is 100ft of sand beach. The little ones can play in lots of shallow water with sandy bottom or the big kids can jump off the end of the dock. Sit in the window and watch the boats go by during the day, or the glimmer of Midlands light dancing in the water at night. Just 3 min to Midland or Penetanguishine for big box shopping, or boutique browsing. Many good restaurants to spare off the cook, or the bbq on the deck and bon fires in the sand to feed the gang. There are two king beds, two singles in 3 bedrooms. The master has its own bath and views. The lot is heavily treed for plenty of shape and privacy. New renovation incl granite counter tops, beam ceilings, hardwood floor and even improved views. The master bedroom and bath are being completed for the 2015 season. Come and enjoy the good times having a cottage on Georgian Bay can offer. | We have rented from Chris, the owner, for over 8 years -- the cottage is so beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with bike trails and walking paths close by. Very quiet area -- yet close to the amenities of Midland and Penetanguishene. The cottage is a perfect balance of beach retreat and comfort.

| We recently stayed 5 weeks at this charming cottage on Georgian Bay, nestled between Midland and Penetang, and it exceeded our expectations. The cottage was incredibly comfortable, with all amenities you could need while being beautifully decorated with a welcoming ambience.
The host was fantastic?very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The neighbors were friendly and added to the positive experience. The views of Georgian Bay were breathtaking both day and night. Natural beauty of this area is wonderful. Would rent this cottage again. Highly recommended!

| What a beautiful cottage! Chris has gone above and beyond in creating a home away from home. Gorgeous views from the windows, comfortable beds, an ensuite washroom in the master bedroom, a fantastic kitchen, and an amazing t.v. and sound system set up (for when you want to stay up late and watch a movie or in case of a rainy day)!
We are a family of four and our two sons had a wonderful time playing on the beachfront and in the water as well as exploring the little stream that runs on the side of the property. The water is great for swimming and you can walk well beyond the dock before it gets very deep.
Location-wise, the cottage is less than 10 minutes away from Midland where you can find everything you need. And, there are places like Discovery Harbour, Saint-Marie Among The Hurons and Wye Marsh very close by. If you don't mind driving to Blue Mountain (about an hour away), the Scenic Caves are really fun to hike through and explore.
All-in-all, a great place to stay for a family vacation!

| A truly fabulous cottage experience! From the moment we drove up to the cottage we knew we were in for a treat. The beachfront access right out the backdoor is amazing. The landscaping is lovely. The decor is beautiful, full of high-end finishings and amazing decor. We were blown away by all of the little details that aren't even mentioned in the description (remote controlled window coverings in the master bedroom, remote controlled fans in the bedrooms, etc.) The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is a chef's dream come true. The breezes that come through all of the beautiful windows and three sets of sliding doors make it very cool and comfortable. Midland and Penataguishine are very close by for anything you may need. We would highly recommend this cottage for a truly pampered experience!
