| This was a wonderful cottage. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Many private areas to settle in to read or to look at the beautiful natural setting. Wonderful gathering areas to enjoy meals and activities. It was a wonderful setting, both indoors and outdoors. Lots of tabletop games managed to entertain us every night! Everything was top-notch, Also Ana and Mike were great to work with!

| We had an amazing stay at Fairview Cottage! The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and a great getaway from the city. The high ceilings and open-concept living area made it feel both cozy and airy, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for family meals.
The cottage easily accommodated our group of 10, with comfortable bedrooms and a fun loft space. We especially enjoyed the lounge area with the pool table, ping pong, and air hockey, and the outdoor hot tub was a highlight—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The firepit and deck setup with chairs made for great memories with friends and family.
The location is excellent, just a short drive from beaches. We also loved that it was only about 90 minutes from Toronto, making it a convenient escape and easy destination with young ones.
A couple of notes for future guests: you'll need to bring your own linens, pillows, towels, bath mats, and some kitchen basics like paper towels and spices, garbage bags. Also, bring plenty of water for drinking. Once prepared for that, everything else is provided. If you do need anything its a short drive from Coldwater which has a grocery store and drinks.
Overall, Fairview Cottage is the perfect family-friendly retreat—spacious, clean, and full of amenities for all ages. This has been our second time at the cottage which made it easy and smooth and the owners were great in helping.
