OUR RENTAL POLICY: The primary renter must be 25 years old minimum. No large groups, 10 people capacity. All adults + children count in the maximum capacity.
NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL: Pillows, Comforters, bed sheets, towels or kitchen linens. All beds have mattress pad covers.
WHAT TO BRING
-LINENS: Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets/
comforters etc.
-KITCHEN: Paper towels, Coffee, filters, Keurig pods, spices, foil paper, garbage bags
-BATHROOM: Towels, Shampoo, soap ( 1 ply-septic safe toilet paper)

-if renter cancels at anytime, all payments will be forfeit
