| Stone Cottage is the perfect vacation rental spot! The owners have thought of everything from A to Z! The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well taken care of and has everything you could need to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, yet still has the convenience of being able to connect should you need to. The view is incredible, the front veranda is amazing to take a sun break from the private beach and dock in the daytime, perfect place to spend the evening bug free and amazing spot to watch storms over the lake. Our first vacation in two years and we will be back for sure!

| We are a family of four (including a 6 year old and a 4 year old). All of us have had a wonderful time at the cottage in August 2020. The cottage is really well built, offers ample space and is well equipped; we enjoyed the sun room and its beautiful views of Norcan Lake. The lot is large and offers a lot of grass on which the kids ran around and played; it is very well maintained and offers several nice amenities including a fireplace, a Picknick tables, a very nice sandy beach, and several nice shady spots with muskoka chairs. The kids and I similarly enjoyed sunsets while catching sunfish, perch, catfish and a huge largemouth bass from the neat dock. From our kayak we enjoyed the amazing nature surrounding the lake and lots of wildlife on various trips while catching pike and bass. We similarly enjoyed some great hikes in nearby Calabogie; the 'Eagle's Nest' hike was the kids' favourite. Having been to many cottages before, we can attest: this cottage is really great and the lake is pristine. As importantly, the host (Janet Martin) has always been very fast and helpful in her responses to our questions. Thank you! We hope to return in 2021.

| Our family has been renting this wonderful cottage annually since 2006, with ties to this area and cottage many years before this. The entire location is perfect; it's easily reachable yet on the line of being remote. Access for most of our trip is via paved highway. The last +/- mile/km is gravel putting this location at the edge of wilderness. Norcan Lake is a nice lake to fish, waterski/tube on, and swim in. The Stone Cottage is an excellent cottage, well maintained, and in a great location on the lake. The view of the lake from the screened-in porch is perfect. It has a boat dock with electric for charging batteries, etc. The location is extremely family oriented; we are comfortable leaving all our fishing equipment in the boat at night without concern. This allows effortless trips out in the lake for fishing or tubing which we do multiple times per day. The cottage has a nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and all the desired amenities (including air conditioning, and TV/wifi, etc.) to make the family comfortable. Renting is easy, the owners Paul and Janet are easy to work with, receptive to improvement ideas, and very responsive. Mark handles the maintenance side and keeps the place very well in order, and always attentive to anything that needs to be done. Renting here since 2006 given other options available in the region should indicate how pleased we are with this cottage, highly recommend.

| Our family spent a wonderful week at the Stone Cottage in July 2016. The cottage is spacious and well appointed and the beachfront and lake are beautiful. We lacked for nothing the entire week. The beach area and lake were our main hangouts for the week (it was hot) and we were entertained the entire week by the loons, ducks, geese, chipmunks and deer in the area. I would highly recommend the Stone Cottage to anyone considering staying there.
