A beautiful four seasons timber frame home on the Ottawa River;located on the edge of a 100 acre mixed forest. This post and beam home is open concept with the living dining and kitchen areas open to each other. There are main floor, upper and lower level bedrooms. The house is heated by geothermal heating and a woodstove. It is equipped with 5 appliances and a washer / dryer which guests can use.
Summer activities include canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking. Organize your own Croquet or Boccie games on the spacious lawns. There is an outdoor sauna in the woods next to a large patio and outdoor firepit.
In winter, you can take part in skating, sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing (15 km of groomed trails in the provincial park a 5 minutes drive )
Relax in the great room equipped with a wood stove, and enjoy the beautiful river views and spectacular sunsets. The three seasons sun room leads from the great room to a spacious deck with dining area.
Amenities include a fully equipped modern Kitchen and BBQ, internet service, DVD player and stereo system and ping pong table. The huge master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and over sized bath tub.

There is lots do do here on the river and in the small towns nearby. Turn left on Ferry Road, proceed about 4 km to 5532 Ferry Road. (approximately 500 metres from the Quyon Ferry Dock)
