Beach right in front of the house has some rocks and seaweed so not the best for toddlers but the Gulf Shore picnic Park is just 1 mile down the road and is beautiful and you can walk for miles when the tide is low. Beach in front of house is great for exploring on when tide is low. Very quiet with big deck right on the beach. + VIEW MORE - COLLAPSE Note: 221 Pugwash Point Road. | Was absolutely beautiful! Super glad we booked the ocean paradise! Watching all the boats in the morning and even seeing an eagle fly by. Being able to enjoy the explicit calmness and peacefulness of star gazing while watching a meteor shower. Would absolutely book here again

| Ocean Paradise is appropriately named. This was our second stay at Sue and Steve's home. Everyone in our party agreed that from the moment we arrived we felt peace and stress-free. We also visited Basic Spirits and Seagull pewter. It is quiet, peaceful and that back deck is the place to be. Also Jost winery is a must visit. Thank you so much Sue and Steve.

| Ocean Paradise is just that - a paradise wrapped up into a perfect vacation home that provides you with all the senses that are needed to give you complete relaxation, tranquility and peacefulness.
The home is just beautiful as are the grounds that surround it. We were two couples and there was more than ample space for each of us to have our own privacy. The only noise you will hear are the seagulls or the sound of the ocean.
Sue has made sure that her home is equipped with all the essentials to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
It is just a short drive into Pugwash to pick up other things you may need during your stay there. I highly recommend Sheryl's bakery if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth. Also not to be missed is Chase's to get your succulent lobsters.
If you are looking for the perfect vacation, then this is the place to be. Stunning sunsets and starlit skies! What more could a person want!

| Sue is a wonderful host. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly want for even an extended stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there was ample supplies to keep it that way. Highly recommended.

| This was one of the best places I could of ask for. This was my brother in laws first trip to nova Scotia and he loved the ocean. The house was beautiful and the scenery was breath taking. I would recommend this to any family that need a break from life. Sue is the best and had all our plans played out on the table in a book for help to find places and things to do. Like I said best place ever thanks again sue your great.
