The beach is 120M from cottage and is fully accessible to use.
This is a very quiet area so you can relax, walk on the beach, or sit and enjoy the birds in the trees.

| We really loved our week at the cottage. Really calm and that was exactly what we're looking for. Not so far from everything on PEI. We've appreciated the sunsets and the red sand beach. We were only 2 so, we didn't use all the beds inside but if we come back, we will bring at least another couple with us!!

| Cottage had all the amenities - dishes, linens, BBQ, fire pit, washer, dryer etc. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom in the morning to have coffee and reading. It was very quiet and peaceful. Good location, close to many beaches and 45 minute drive to Charlottetown. Bernadine was very kind as one night we could not find our key and she was able to let us in.

| We really enjoyed our time at the cottage. Such a nice quiet place to be, where we could hear the birds, and enjoy traffic-free silence. Great views and proximity to the water, and the little beach at the end of the lane. Also, good proximity to the rest of the island, Charlottetown, and Kings County. Lovely sunsets on the west facing deck. We would consider staying here again.

| Every year my 2 friends and I do a week long girls trip to the island and this year we picked this cottage. We are so happy we did! Such a cute place with everything you need! The walk to the water was less than a minute with a very quiet, private beach. It's only a 10 minute drive to Point Prim chowder house and a 25 minute drive to montague where there's grocery stores and many good restaurants. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle…but not to far away…this is the perfect cottage! We will be booking again next summer!
