Beautiful and cozy four-season house, very private and comfortable, on the edge of the majestic Lake Memphrémagog. Located on a very quiet street in a tranquil region. Where relaxation, pleasure, and nature blend together in the comfort of a home. The residence is approved by the CITQ (Quebec Tourism Industry Corporation, registration number 232293).

- All rates in Canadian currency.
- Taxes included.
- 30% non-refundable deposit (bank transfer, certified cheque or cash) required at booking.
- A signed rental agreement is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance due the day before or on arrival (bank transfer, certified cheque or cash).
- $750 security deposit required upon confirmation of booking. Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure, less damage and clean-up charges, if applicable.
- A surcharge of $100 per person per reservation will apply to groups of more than 8 adults (maximum 10).

- Departure: 11 a.m.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- No smoking anywhere in the cottage.
- No pets.
- Standard housekeeping included in the price. A $250 surcharge may apply should a more extensive clean-up prove necessary (dirty dishes, spills, waste collection in the field, cleaning the garage, etc.).
