| We tried for a Christmas stay at a cottage. Serenity Now was absolutely wonderful. The place was like a home away from home, but more peaceful. We spent a week there and loved it. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and more than what we needed. At the time of our expected arrival, a winter storm was rolling in. Heidi and Sean were gracious enough to offer an early arrival (a day early), allowing us to avoid the harsh weather. Overall, this stay was very satisfying and one of the best most relaxing vacation stays we have had.

| What a lovely place - serenity now indeed! This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway filled with fresh air, quiet and wine in front of a cozy fire. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. Heidi was very prompt with all her communication and left a welcome package with all the details we needed and a bottle of wine! Would definitely rent here again!

| Our 1st stay at this cottage and an absolutely perfect way to spend Thanksgiving. Ultra clean, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, gorgeous fall colours, and some really great weather this week - what more could we ask for? So wonderful to return from hiking or paddling on a crisp fall day, to such a warm and welcoming retreat. Loved canoeing around the lake, and enjoying a glass of wine on that huge deck. Favourite things to do in the area: Kingston Farmer's Market, Wheeler's Pancake House (a scenic and longish drive, but sooo worth it!), hiking in Frontenac Provincial Park. Thank you Heidi & Sean for the welcome bottle of wine, your quick response to any questions during our stay, and for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. Hopefully our travels will bring us back again one day!

| The cottage stay was a marvelous and relaxing experience. The cottage was meticulously clean. The beds were super comfortable. The lake very quiet with minimal kayak or canoe traffic and the odd small boat puttering by once or twice a day. Apart from the wind rustling through the trees and songbirds, often the only other significant noise were the wings of the humming bird making frequent visits. It is noteworthy that when seated on the deck, it was only the sound of the wings of a humming bird that disturbed the overall sense of calm! The cottage was fully equipped to allow any number of activities or just a peaceful respite. All the fixtures were modern, fully functional and up to date. The cottage is a definite "do over" for us. Thanks Heidi and Sean.

Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to offer your review. The humming birds are great and amazing to watch. The off season and winter are even more serene as we are one of the few four season cottages on the lake. | |

| The cottage was very warm and cozy. It was meticulously clean. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine in the kitchen. We mostly did kayaking, canoeing and barbecuing. We enjoyed long walks in nature as well and finished most nights with a glass of wine with the view of the beautiful sunset. Heidi and Sean are super responsive and very kind. Overall, we had an amazing 4 nights and enjoyed every single second of it.
