This spacious cozy cottage in Point du-Chene sleeps 8 and is conveniently located within a short 5 minute walk to the famous and beautiful Parlee Beach. A 10 minute walk will take you to The Pointe-du-Chene Wharf where you can enjoy a fine meal or grab a fresh lobster to take home as the fishing boats arrive each afternoon. Our cottage offers all the conveniences of home with lots of different places to hang out. The cathedral ceiling livingroom has lots of natural light and the multi-purpose sunroom is a great place to relax, read a book or play a board game. The large fully screened in porch is a popular hang out spot on a warm summer night or during a rainy day. Our cottage is fully furnished and includes air-conditioning, comfortable mattresses, bedding, towels, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, gas BBQ, campfire pit, 50 inch smart tv with satellite, unlimited highspeed internet, lots of board games & movies. If you are needing some beach supplies, the storage shed contains, lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. Our cottage is fully winterized and can be rented in the offseason at reduced rates. | Excellent location, easy short walk to Parlee Beach. A clean, very well equipped and maintained cottage. Spacious, los of windows, very confortable. Great communication with the owners. Do not hesitate, you won't regret it! N'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas! Money well spent.

| Superbe chalet et surtout bien équipé. Lits supers confortables. Très bien situé avec plage à proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos deux semaines de vacances. Super idée de fournir le brûleur et le gros chaudrons pour cuire les homards. Peut-être vérifier le fauteuil berçant, je crois qu'il est en fin de vie ????

| This lovely cottage was certainly enjoyed by ourselves as well as a few family members who visited us. Our most precious time was the screened-in porch which we thoroughly enjoyed. Having also two separate living areas was great and lots of space to entertain. The location was super as you could easily walk to the beach as well at the wharf. We would certainly rent this unit again when we go to Parlee Beach. Our stay was enjoyed by all.
