Tranquil west facing cottage for beautiful sunsets from the oversized deck, or from the large dock with sitting area. Large screen tv with satellite TV, WI-FI internet, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full size gourmet eat-in kitchen. Gorgeous views from the dinning area, or master bedroom, as well as from the chalet style living room. Solid Hardwood floors throughout, accented with stone and ceramic, eliminating any dust, mold or musty mildew. The rocksiderental, is a year round property, with forced air gas heating. Also equipped with an on-demand hot water, this ensures nobody has to have a cold shower.
Cottage has direct waterfront access with dock able to accommodate a boat up to 20'. Located on a quiet inlet on beautiful Canal Lake with 75' of sandy shoreline, perfect for children to wade into the shallow, warm, and calm waters. On the Trent Severn waterway, Balsam lake is 1 lock east, and Lake Simcoe is 5 locks west.
By car Orillia is 25 minutes away, and Casino Rama is only 15 minutes to the North.

Blue Room - has a double loft bed, with a double futon beneath, sleeping up to 4 guests.

| We had the most magical time at Rockside this summer. Our boys absolutely loved the sandy shoreline and my husband and I loved the fact that the water was gradual entry. Knowing that our young boys were safe while enjoying the outdoor grass area and the sand, was a game changer. The cottage itself was beautiful and clean. Not having to worry about packing linens was so helpful when packing for 3 boys under 6 (and everything they come with). Communicating with Kelly from the moment we booked, to the moment we returned home was seamless and we are just so grateful we were able to rent her family's cottage. We will most definitely be returning next year. Thank you for the most magical week filled with laughter and core memories!

| I would recommend this cottage to anyone - I was looking for a nice, relaxing, mini holiday on the May long weekend, and that's exactly what I found. The cottage was bright and clean and had a beautiful layout with a family room and dining room large enough for everyone to sit around playing cards, board games (they had plenty) or to enjoy a family meal. The lake was quite and peaceful with a beautiful dock and a nice little beach that was perfect for my elderly mother-in-law and kids - it was very accessible and we even got to play with some of the water toys. It was a little chilly, but we still enjoyed the paddle boat. The owner (Kelly) was very accommodating and quickly responded to our requests. She made sure our stay was exactly what we wanted, we are definitely booking for next year!

| Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids ages 10, 5, and 3) just came back from a week's stay at the Rockside rental. We had an absolutely incredible week! Upon arrival we were blown away by how clean and well equipped the cottage was. There was everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the outdoors.
The beach is perfect for young kids - there is a sandy area and the water entry is shallow and smooth. Our kids had the best time on the water trampoline but also enjoyed the playground out back.
We must also mention that we had a couple of requests, and Kelly (the owner) was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you for everything, it was a pleasure!
