This is the second time we have been to Jack Pine Escape, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The cottage is immaculate - rustic touches yet filled with the convenience of modern amenities. Sunshine or rain, Jack Pine Escape is just that - an escape; a place of relaxation and serenity from the Monday to Friday life. We would highly recommend this cottage and hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic return visit to the Jack Pine Escape. The setting is beautiful and love hearing the sounds of the loons on the lake. One morning we were treated to the sight of a fox soaking up the sun in the early morning down below the cottage. The cottage is very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. We hope to return again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The inside of the cottage is well laid out with amazing windows to enjoy the water view. We loved being so close to the water's edge. There are stairs to the water and to your vehicle but we didn't mind this at all. In fact, I felt it added to that 'cottage' feel. We brought our own boat and explored the many, many little inlets and fishing spots on this lake. It was a much larger lake than we thought it would be. We fished, tubed, and canoed to a couple of different little islands to explore them too. Great place to stay - you won't be disappointed.

Jack Pine Escape is a perfect place to spend a nice time
Already the arrival in the house: "Welcome a bottle of wine - that has style!"
The cottage well equipped. The wonderfully clear lake - wonderful. Swim every day - wonderful
The beautiful view of the lake, to the beginning Indian summer - fantastic
We are from Germany and speak bad english; Nevertheless, the settlement by Pete - perfect
Thank you very much Pete - we like to think (even today) of the beautiful time (16 to 23 September 2017) in your cottage.

Thank you Hilde + Frank

We had a great time at this cute cottage. Its clean, bright and cozy. Lake view is beautiful during the day, but the view at night is amazing, we loved spending our nights with a glass of wine under sky full of stars.. Location of this cottage is great; its close to Port Carling, Huckleberry Lookout Point and Torrance Barrens dark sky. This cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to have an amazing time. Pete is wonderful, super accommodating and was open to answering all of our questions. The cottage is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely visit again :)
