Cozy cottage on the beautiful Washadamoek Lake, part of the St John River system. The water is only steps from the deck, enjoy the sun from the cable railed deck or the 75 feet of floating dock. Enjoy the convenience of loading and unloading your boat at our private ramp. The shore has a variety of small to medium rocks with some sand. Some of our previous renters have said that the fishing is good in the area. Enjoy sitting outside in inclement weather under the retractable awning on the spacious deck. A hammock is included only steps from the water to enjoy on those breezy afternoons. There is a bbq(propane included), firepit (firewood included) and a children's swing as well as life jackets, kayak and a canoe. There is cell phone reception and internet at the cottage. We've also got a selection of movies and books. There are two bedrooms in cottage a double bed(nice mattress) and a single over double bunk in second bedroom. There is also a couch in the living room you can sleep on. We have a bunk house with power and lights that has a futon and set of bunk beds. The view is great from the deck, there are lots of trees but a clear view to a large portion of the lake. There is bedding and towels included for the main cottage but renters need to supply bedding for the bunk house. | Awesome cottage in a beautiful location. Amazing lake front property with warm water for swimming, great views from inside, outside, dockside. Very quiet and relaxing environment and close to all the necessities; convenience stores, restaurants, vegetable stands, and home baked goods. Absolutely loved our stay.

| We stayed for a week and had a great time. Excellent location. Warm water. Owners were very quick responding to any inquiry we had. Dog friendly. Would recommend this for a get away from a busy life.

| Great spot on the lake. Owner was great.
We enjoyed a week of peace and quiet. Geese. loons, eagles, hawks, herons and happy faces everywhere. Great location for a boater.

| What an absolutely beautiful spot! My family and I had a wonderful week at this cottage. We have three children under 5, so it was great to find a comfortable and clean space for a family getaway. The cottage and bunkhouse slept 8 of us comfortably, and we loved the fire pit and dock!
The cottage was the perfect amount of modern comfort, with electricity and a shower. There was plenty of room on the property for the kids to run around, and they loved the swing and the hammock.
I would recommend to families with kids- this is a great spot! Will be back for sure !

| Our stay at the cottage was a very memorable one. Took lots of pictures and smile looking back on them. The firepit was awesome with lots of firewood on hand. Had my first ride in a canoe and loved it. The water was like a looking glass that day!! Next time, might consider taking the kayak out in the water. ;) I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just relax in a peaceful setting. The cottage was very tidy and everything we needed was pretty much supplied. Thumbs up guys!! Wonderful getaway for the both of us!! Thank you!!
