Our rental period is Saturday at 11am to Friday at 6pm so you get the most of your Muskoka days while allowing for time between guests to ensure proper cleaning protocols.
COZY 3 BEDROOM COTTAGE AND A 2 ROOM BUNKIE!
You will feel comfortable the moment you enter this charming 3 bedroom cottage, situated along the Moon River with views of the Bala Falls.
The kitchen offers all the comforts of home, whether you choose to cook indoors or BBQ, you'll find everything you need from the larger items, right down to measuring spoons and a cheese grater!!
Our living and dining areas are open concept and offer a great view of the Moon River. The dining table seats 6 comfortably plus we also have an outdoor patio table which seats 4. There are extra patio chairs if needed!
There are 3 bedrooms in the main cottage; 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the third with twin bunk beds.
There's a flat screen TV with lots of kids movies on VHS or bring your own DVD's. We leave an HDMI cable plugged into the TV for you to connect your own device so you are able to stream your favorite programs! There's also a good selection of board games and playing cards.
The Bunkie features a wood stove, a large living area with a couch plus a separate room with a double and single bed. A great place for teens or in-laws!
We have a spacious, grassy yard; so bring those outdoor toys and balls. The area closer to the water has a fire pit and there is a little, sandy area. The water is shallow as you enter and deepens by the time you reach the end of the dock.
Jaspen park is across the river, a great paddle boat or canoe trip!! Pack a picnic lunch and make an afternoon of it.
Firewood, propane and life jackets are provided!!!
Guests are asked to bring their own kitchen and bathroom towels/linens, bed linens/blankets and pillows.

The town of Bala offers plenty to do during the summer from roller skating at the arena, pilates at the community centre or story time at the Library, you can be as busy as you want to be!!
If exploring is more your style, Muskoka is the place to be! Santa's Village is less than an hour's drive. Both Port Carling and Gravenhurst are a 20 minute drive. Each town offering a unique Muskoka experience.
