| On June 6th, 2025, we arrived at the cottage after a ten-hour drive. The condition of the floor was deplorable. The bathroom sink sprayed water when turned on. The children's beds were placed on pieces of wood, and it was so unstable that my son actually fell out of his bed. Not to mention, the air conditioner leaked water. Admittedly, the cottage is well located, close to the sea, but it is very poorly maintained. The kitchen sink was also leaking, until the person in charge came, saw the issue, and requested that it be repaired. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was never fixed during our stay. The person in charge doesn't seem to care about the comfort of their guests, and the cottage was listed at $1,600 per week. We contacted them to ask for a discount, and they agreed to lower the price to $1,300 per week.

We did have a technician booked to address the issues with the A/C but when they arrived you advised the owner that the issue had been resolved. I can guarantee that all the issues you raised have been resolved for our next guests and I hope the discounted rate you were given made things a bit better for you. | |
