Welcome to Maple Hollow; the cottage with a million dollar view! This property features a 1.5 acre lot with 139 feet of pristine, private waterfront on Dalhousie Lake - a lake known for its clean water, wonderful swimming, fishing, and relaxed atmosphere. Maple Hollow has everything you could desire including a 32 foot dock (that extends to water that's approximately five feet deep depending on the season), an outdoor fire pit and a deck overlooking the lake. The south-east exposure makes the dock and deck favourite spots to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast alfresco! The adorable character cottage has two cozy main floor bedrooms plus a large loft, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, three-piece bathroom with shower, and spacious living area with a great view for lounging and relaxing. New high-quality beds/ mattresses and windows throughout.
Only an hour west of Ottawa, 1.5 hours from Kingston, and 3.5 hours from Toronto.
No smoking.
A maximum of two pets are allowed at no cost provided the cottage and lot are left clean upon checkout.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
We do not allow any events or parties whatsoever. This includes bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, weddings, stags, family reunions, etc. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided, however, please bring your own linens and towels (for bathroom and kitchen).
We rent Friday-Friday.

| What a great place with a spectacular view. Enjoyed the fishing, the bonfires, and eating our meals on the deck overlooking the lake. Loved listening to the loon and duck calls.
Truly peaceful. The cottage was also very clean and well stocked. Will be back next year.

| Charming cottage on a quiet clean lake -- great swimming. We love staying here. Lots of outdoor space to spread out in. Well kept, spotlessly cleaned cottage. Comfy for 4 to 6 people, easily. Beautiful views everywhere you look. A great place to spend a summer week! We will be back soon.

| We have just finished another fantastic summer holiday, having really enjoyed the quiet serenity of the cottage, morning coffee on the deck, evening campfires (with many stars), swimming and paddling! We love the newly painted upstairs area!
Jessica and Zac continue to amaze us with the work they put in to maintaining and improving the cottage... it really is a place to dream and unwind. If we could, we would give it more than 5 stars!
We will be back next summer!!!

| Spent a very hot week with two friends. It was the perfect week to be right beside the water so we could easily take a swim cool off. Very quiet lake in a great location. Enjoyed the canoeing. The owners were quick to respond to questions and Jessica's parents were very kind and helpful. Right now, missing having my morning coffee on the dock.
