Stunning year round cottage in beautiful, private, lakeside setting - complete with quality hot tub! Lake Miskwabi is approximately 3 hours north of Toronto and 20 minutes from Haliburton. Part of a 2-lake chain with Long Lake, Miskwabi offers miles of shoreline for boating enthusiasts and is wonderfully clean and clear for swimming. Outdoors: 200 ft of water frontage, deep water swimming off private dock, 2nd waterfront area, granite landscaping, excellent fishing, firepit, bbq. Hot tub with decking seats 8, has fountains, lights and lake view. Indoors: wifi, 2 living areas each with satellite TV (downstairs is 50" LED, separate DVD), fully equipped kitchen, games & books, oil furnace heating, up to 3 desk/ table areas for working (excl main dining rm table)
LAYOUT:
4 bedrooms sleep 9, plus there's a slightly open plan area with a bunk bed (double under and single over) which can accommodate a further 3 people.
2 bathrooms: upstairs has bath with shower over, downstairs has a modern waterfall shower.
New utility with large-capacity washing machine and tumble drier.
Extensive wraparound deck for all day sun.
Granite landscaping with firepit overlooking lake.
Canoe and 2 kayaks are provided; guests can bring their own boat and there is a boat launch across the lake (alternatively rent one from Haliburton and it can be delivered there).
Next door is a protected area where no building is permitted so there is plenty of wildlife including deer, loons, beavers, large turtles, wild turkeys, otters.
Linen, indoor towels and a tank of propane for the barbecue are provided - please bring outdoor towels for the hot tub and lake.

| We had an amazing stay during Family Day weekend with 5 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog! We took advantage of all the winter activities with the snowy weather - skating, ice fishing, snow shoeing and tobogganing. The cottage is in a quiet bay so it was super private and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day outside. There is a large forested area to walk and explore right beside the cottage. Inside the cottage is spacious, clean and the fireplace and sectional couch made it super cozy. It is fully equipped with everything you would need and more. We played games at the big table and were able to stream the hockey games with starlink internet being provided. Dianne was so easy to communicate with during the whole process, answering all our questions making it super easy to enjoy the cottage with no worries. Would highly recommend this cottage and host!

| This is a beautiful and fully equipped cottage and exactly as advertised. Our group of 4 adults and 6 'young adults' took advantage of all the amenities this place had to offer: down by the water, we fished, swam and sunbathed on the dock and took out the canoe/kayak to explore the very clean lake.
In the afternoons, we lazed around on the upper deck in the 'zero-gravity' chairs (there were so many!) and took more dips in the hot tub than planned when we saw how well maintained and clean it is. We enjoyed wonderful family dinners and quality time around the large table, and each got good sleep in the comfortable beds (we also thoroughly appreciated that the linens were provided). We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage and how well everything is maintained and have no reservations recommending it to everyone -- it's very comfortable, spacious, equipped and clean!

| We rented this cottage for two weeks in July and were very pleased with all aspects. Clean and well maintained. Of special note was the generosity of glasses, dishes, cutlery, serving bowls, baking sheets, muffin tins?the list goes on. This the best stocked cottage we have ever rented. Beds and pillows comfortable. Lots of space to accommodate our entire family (6 adults and 2 kids). Huge deck with table to seat 12 comfortably. Plus second large deck with multiple zero gravity chairs. Landscaped area beside the hot tub with seating around contained fire pit was especially enjoyed as you also get a view of the lake. Two kayaks and large canoe provided with a variety of life vest sizes that worked for our 10 and 16 year old grandsons.
About a half hour drive to town, either Haliburton or Wilberforce.
Dianne was very responsive to any questions or needs. An excellent host.
Would highly recommend this cottage.

| Our group of 11 men, annual cottage trip (9), had to pick a new cottage as the previous years cottage had been sold. The host Dianne is very thorough and responsive to emails. Her cottage contact for any issues was a phone call away and immediately responded when I called. The cottage is well taken care of and has plenty of space for 11 or 12. the Hot tub was clean and Dianne's instructions for the cottage were simple and thorough. There are tons of dishes etc. to handle the large group. All appliances were in good working order and bedding was provided but not required as we are used to bringing sleeping bags for convenience. We received our security deposit back in full in 4 days which is the fastest we have experienced. I would recommend this cottage without hesitation

| Our group of 11 included a granny, grandkids and a golden retriever had a wonderful week at the homey, very beautiful and spacious cottage. The kitchen was well stocked, the lake is beautiful and no unexpected occurrences that would diminish our family reunion occurred.
I highly recommend.
