For the Winter sportsman, we offer proximity to the best Laurentian Facilities for skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Add tobogganing on the local hills and skating and hockey on the lake, and the Wapiti becomes a marvelous year-round destination !
Whether your pleasure is paddle boating or kayaking for the afternoon, dock-diving and swimming in the warm ( between 70F to 84F) crystal-pure waters of the lake, hiking through over 150 km of spectacular Laurentian trails, or just sitting on the sandy, gently sloping beach with few mosquitoes to enjoy the sights of many species of waterfowl and wildlife in this ecologically protected area, we can accommodate you !
