Weekend Rate: 2 nights for $1300 (and each additional night $300) Long Weekends: 3 nights for $1600 Welcome to the Haliburton Highlands! Our family friendly cottage is located on a corner lot which provides 395 feet of lake frontage and 1.35 acres of space. Private and beautiful, you can catch a view of the lake from almost anywhere you stand. There's a shallow beach entry for kids to play, or deep water off the dock for adult fun. You can dock your boat here as well and the boat launch is only a few minutes away. Because of our smaller lake size, our cottage is only suitable for a relaxing time at the cottage or family fun. If you plan on playing loud music or partying hard this location is unfortunately not suitable, and you will run into trouble with neighbors on the lake. The main cottage and bunkie are completely renovated and updated. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a fully loaded kitchen (with a keurig machine, water dispenser, coffee maker, blender), full bath, laundry, flat screen TV, blu-ray/ DVD player, and WiFi. The wrap-around deck provides 143 feet of deck overlooking the lake and is great place to relax. You also have a BBQ and propane available for use.
The bunkie above the garage is a full 3 bedroom self contained unit. It has its own kitchen, coffee machine, full bathroom, and sleeps 7. Our entire property (main cottage and bunkie) is rented to one family at a time. We also provide guests with a canoe, kayak, and stand up paddleboard for use, as well as a firepit.
Our cottage is only a walk or a few minute drive from the tiny town of Gooderham; which has an LCBO, a convenience store with almost anything you need, Timbermart, and a gas station. If you're looking for more amenities, Haliburton is 20 minutes and has many fun summer activities. If you want to catch a movie in a historical theatre check out Highlands Cinemas in Kinmount, only 25 mins away. Minden is another busy town within reach.
No smoking or vaping inside the cottage/bunkie. Please bring your own pillows, linen, and towels. Cottage must be cleaned prior to checkout.

We are located close to the 5 point trail system that offers excellent ATV/motor biking. Groomed winter trail system for snowmobilers. Motorboats/life jackets available to rent in nearby Haliburton.
