Located in Gravenhurst, Ontario, Mellow Yellow is only 90 minutes North of Toronto, Gull Lake is 13km of gorgeous granite, Pine Trees, tranquility, and clean water. Located literally within minutes to Fabulous Golf Courses, Excellent Fishing right on our lake, Casino Rama, Fabulous Downhill Ski Hills, Cross Country Ski Trails, Snow Mobile Trails, Ice Fishing, Skating, Marinas (we arrange boat & Seadoo rentals available on Gull Lake), Fitness Clubs, Great Restaurants and Night-time Entertainment, you'd be hard pressed to find boredom here. We offer everything for everyone. Tranquility or wild night life... it's up to you! Our cottage is located within the Gravenhurst region of Muskoka. It has 5 bedrooms plus a den, a living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, a screened-in wrap-around porch overlooking the lake. The shore line is approximately 160 ft. flowing into a hard sandy bottom. There is a fire pit, a dock, a picnic table, and plenty of Muskoka style chairs to relax in. Water sport equipment includes a Canoe and Paddle boat. Any type of watercraft is available for rental. | Mellow Yellow is a charming blend of old and new providing all the modern conveniences without sparing a bit of authentic old Muskoka cottage charm. From the big, white pine trees to the screened in, wrap around porch, it's the real deal. Accommodations are clean and very spacious. The fairly level lot and sandy beach spell easy access for children and seniors. A large kitchen welcomes more than a few cooks as does the outdoor cooking area with not just one barbecue, but two. There are also two pedal boats and a canoe along with life jackets and paddles. Take a short walk onto a long dock to enjoy your morning coffee! If you like nostalgia and convenience you'll love it here.

| Had all the amentities that one would want. Loved the movie selection, especially since the weather was not the best when we were there. Plenty of space for 10 people.

| Fabulous Cottage. We recently stayed for the Labour day long weekend with the whole extended family and this place was perfect. The property is located on a quiet road away from Traffic yet very close to amenities like grocery and hardware stores. Good Sandy beach for little ones to play in. The place was clean. There was a canoe, two paddle boards, a nice wrap around balcony around the property with alot of sitting area for the 14 people it is rated for. Would definitely visit again. Owner was very prompt with communication and accommodated a few of our requests.
There are lots of toys available for little ones and a library of movies to keep them entertained. Would definitely return and recommend this place for families and large groups.

| This is our home away from home every year. Spacious for our family of 15. Both the owner and manager who looks after the cottage are prompt with problems(hardly ever occur) and provide excellent service. Always clean. Excellent setting on lake. . Gravenhurst and Bracebridge lots to see. Good for young children as well. Close to Toronto (2 1/2) hours.
Can rent a boat nearby. It is definitely a 5 out of 5!

| We enjoyed staying at Mellow Yellow. There were three families with six adults and six kids and we enjoyed the house and the property. The beach and dock were great for swimming and there are plenty of toys, games and activities to enjoy. Easy to get into town for supplies and a great place to relax and unwind.
