Beautiful three bedroom lakehouse situated on Rice Lake will be the backdrop for a summer or winter vacation you and your loved ones will never forget. Sleep comfortably in three large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen, family and dining rooms and comfortably sleeps upto 9 people. DETAILS: The four season lake house is beautifully built with hardwood flooring all throughout, complemented with pine cathedral ceilings and has very large windows to capture the beautiful south west views of the lake and sunsets. Sleep comfortably in the Chalet inspired three large bedrooms fitted with king and queen beds including high end memory foam mattress with two full bathrooms. Enjoy your meals with family and friends in a fully equipped open concept kitchen with bar stools and a glass dining room with an extendable table to comfortably seat up to 10 people. Enjoy your gatherings in the very large Great Room equipped with 50" flat T.V. with satellite, DVD and surround sound.
Spend the days and evenings outside enjoying over 125 ft of private waterfront equipped with a large private dock. Over one acre of groomed flat grounds are perfect for badminton, bocce ball, frisbee, soccer or just simply walking about and is equipped with a fire pit. Access the huge wrap around deck from any room and is perfect for those morning coffees, afternoon beers, lunches and dinners or just enjoying those beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

| Just finished a wonderful 2 weeks at Pemberley. The cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped. Good quality appliances and BBQ. Beds are comfortable, house is air-conditioned which we appreciated through the very hot nights in July. The lake is great for swimming, and is quite shallow near the dock (no diving!) so the water was warm. Boats and seadoos all stayed quite a distance from the dock and the area where we swam, we never felt crowded or at all unsafe. The dock was a particular favourite of ours - it's big enough for at least 8 ppl to sit comfortably, & the view especially at sunset is unparalleled.
Ali was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We're already making plans to return!

| We had a great time at this beautiful cottage; it was spacious, very clean, & had everything we needed! The sunset was phenomenal and plenty of beach chairs to relax by the clear blue water ( the first night it was windy but we enjoyed family time indoor plus the weather cleared out eventually)! Ali responded to all our needs promptly! Thank you for this beautiful memory, Ali, and we would love to come back in the future!

| We stayed at Ali's cottage this past summer. Ali is very easy going , helpful and accommodating. Even though we were away, we felt completely at home. The cottage is very spacious , well equipped and functional . Great size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. During our stay the first heat wave of the summer occurred and we had the luxury of air conditioning , which is rare in today's cottage marketplace . A definite plus! We look forward to staying again next year. Keep up the great work Ali!

| It was a very lovely cottage and spacious. We had 5 people, 3 adults and 2 children. At one point, we had 2 additional adults for a night and it never felt crowded. My daughter loved the gradual entry to the water. It was shallow beyond the dock. It's a fairly busy part of the river so when swimming out, you have to be careful of passing boats. The dock by the water has plenty of seating for watching the stars or the sunset. There are also nice chairs around the fire pit.
There is a king and the king sofa bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All the beds were very comfy. The kitchen has nice new appliances and is well equipped. There's plenty of games and puzzles for a rainy day. Ali was always prompt with responding to any inquiries. The drive to Hastings valu-mart was only 10 minutes away. We had a fantastic week here!

| Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was nice and clean and very spacious.
The location was private yet not too far from town to pick up groceries etc. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. The lake was beautiful and the fishing was great. I would definitely consider coming again.
