| We had a lovely stay in this sweet cozy cottage. It's perfect for two people and I am sure it would be also for a small family. The sound of the rapids is lovely and soothing. The owners have thought of everything and it was extremely well organized. Perfect kitchen, lovely dock area, lovely seating around the property. The water was prefect. I would love to go back and hopefully will. Bon Echo Provincial Park was around the corner and we also went to the Dark Sky Reserve which was really interesting. A prefect spot.

| Where do you start!?? All the other reviews were RIGHT!! This Cottage has ... IT... ALL!! from kids out door toys, to kids water toys. Life jackets for EVERY size and age. Water shoes of every size. the kayaks, canoe, paddle boat and row boat were ALL in excellent condition. Fishing from the dock is FUN. Lot's of sunfish and rock bass. Fun for the kids and adults alike. I caught a beauty small mouth bass. Bring lots of worms. This cottage is BEYOND well equipped. Spices, teas, coffee, filters, water, flashlights, lighters, wood. Just bring your own food and maybe condiments, but they had all the condiments when we were there. I'm not sure if it was left behind by other renters. We took a canoe ride above the rapids on Georgia lake to the other set of rapids which were in themselves beautiful too. We also spent many hours on the paddle boat on Kashwakamak Lake and caught a beautiful walleye while trolling in the paddle boat. This place is beyond relaxing. Watching the hummingbird, and the squirrels play around. It rained one evening while we were there and enjoyed a few movies. TONS of movies for all ages. The cottage is labelled very well too to give instructions. I cannot find one negative or even one bit of suggestion to make this place any better. It has it all. We will DEFINITELY be back.

| Stunning location by the rapids. Peaceful and private, with good fishing right from the dock as well as being able to go out on the boat or canoe. Swimming in lake even in cooler September also really good. Lots of local wildlife including heron, beaver and even otters one day The cottage itself is really comfortable and very well equipped. You really need to just bring food and personal items. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need, from picnic containers to plenty of pans and other cooking equipment. A selection of spices and other kitchen basics also available. Enjoy the wood burner on cooler nights as well as two different fire pits, no need to watch TV just go to the fire pit by the water and watch the stars....

| This our 4th consecutive year at Whitefish Rapids Cottage!! This cottage is by far the best anyone would want to rent! We drive 5 hours to get there and it's worth every penny! Brian and Daleigh go way way out of they're way to make the stay more then comfortable. On our first year we brought everything of our own but quickly learned that the cottage was equipped with more then everything a family would want, just need your clothes and food and you are set. Every spot has a view of the rapids. Every year we use a floatation device and float from the rapids out to the bay. This year we brought our snorkelling gear and we loved seeing all the fish and structure under water. It is good fishing just off the dock or near the rapids. We have witnessed lots of wildlife in our 4 years also. This cottage is perfect for families or couples and would not even hesitate to recommend it to others. 5star.
