Guest stays are from Sunday to Sunday. June 30 till July 7 is still available. Everyone loves this place, and you will too! All linen and towels supplied. You bring a bathing suit and a smile! Pets welcome. 100' of waterfront on Eagle Lake. Canoe, Kayak, Paddleboat, Rowboat. Water slide. Central heating, central air-conditioning. Three-level building is professionally cleaned and disinfected for 5 hours just before you arrive. Every level has its own deck, overlooking the water. Spacious, fully-equipped cottage on Eagle Lake. No cottages on opposite shore. Serene location with perfect swimming waters. That's right! No green things against your skin. Perfect for small children: sandy lake bottom with shallow wading area. Three large docks enclose a safe well-defined wading and swimming area for kids. They are going to love the water slide! Fireplace and all amenities. Generous, wooded lot. Three bedrooms (queen, queen, double) on 2nd floor, overlooking open-concept living room/ dining room area. Additional bedroom in basement (single, single).

Great fishing. Large docks will moor any boat. Five minutes from grocery store. Six minutes from Sir Sam's Ski Resort. Fifteen minutes from Haliburton for great shopping and dining. Internet works but not perfect. 65" smart TV in living room. DVD player works perfectly.

We welcome your dog(s) and provide water and food pans on site. As we are near the end of a dead-end road, your dogs and kids could hardly be safer. There is almost no auto traffic. Enjoy a quiet, serene setting for your vacation.

NOTES Cottage rents on a weekly basis in July and August No weekends at all. Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday, but in between those are weeks that rent from Wednesday to Wednesday. We insure that there are 3 or 4 days of empty cottage between renters. So the cottage is kept empty, for safety reasons, from Saturday to Wednesday, or from Wednesday to Saturday. | We just returned from a lovely week at Sandy Shores. Upon arrival everything was ready for us and very clean. Swimming conditions couldn't have been better - everyone spent lots of time in the lake, jumping off the dock and floating dock and using the water slide. The kids loved playing ping pong and foosball as well as many board games provided. Quiet area with friendly neighbours. Of all our rented cottages thus far, this one was our favourite to date!

| This is an amazing three level cottage. Very well equipped. Huge rooms and wonderful view looking onto pristine lakeshore. At the end of a no exit road. Everything is ready for your arrival with beds made and towels and essentials provided. Spotlessly clean and in great condition. Very dog friendly and wide lake frontage. Very clean lake with minimal traffic. So private and quiet. Eagle Lake has a great little market shop a few minutes drive and then Haliburton not far away. Easy to get to from Toronto - quick drive on the 407. We have been renting this cottage for a week for the past 15 years.

| We love Matt's cottage! Our family enjoyed our second stay there this summer and we can't wait to go back. This lake is perfect for swimming - clear and weed-free. We especially love swimming out to the floating dock and diving off. We also love making s'mores over the fire pit at night. Friendly neighbours here too! Perfect place for a family getaway!

| Sandy Shores cottage is everything my family of 6 looks for in a cottage rental. Cottage is well maintained, clean, cozy and full of everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. The lake is quiet, warm & simply beautiful. My 4 boys always had something to do, whether it was canoe/kayaking, fishing or sliding off the dock, swimming, playing on the swing set or exploring the Beautiful property. Evenings were spent roasting marshmallows, playing ping pong and snuggling up to a classic movie before bed. We loved this cottage so much, that we've booked it again!!!! Thank you Matt for being a wonderful host.
