Ron-Dezvous @ Elm Grove Cottage Resort

AUDIO - Music system provided which can be connected to your device via a 3.5 mm pin (the one used for headphones)

3 piece indoor washroom

2 rooms with fans and twin beds (with water proof cover) can be joined if required

1 Bedroom with double bed and fan

All 5 beds are equipped with box spring, high quality mattress, 7 pillows and 5 blankets.

Living room has a pull out double sofa bed with 2 fans, 10,000 BTU AC and heater.

The WIFI is professionally set up and works well most of the time. However, we offer NO GUARANTEES depending on weather, high traffic and delay in response from service provider due to our remote location.

Deck with mosquito net, BBQ and propane, 3 Patio chairs, coffee table and 6 garden sofas.

KITCHEN - Fridge, Cooking range, Microwave, Coffee Maker/filter, Kettle, Slice toaster, Pots, Pans, Crockery and Cutlery

Vacuum Cleaner, cleaning liquids, broom and mop

Hot and cold lake treated tap water

PLEASE CARRY - Mattress Linen, comforter/bed sheets, pillow covers, toiletries, towels, drinking water, toilet paper etc


RESORT AMENITIES

2-3 cars can be parked opposite the cottage

Mooring available for ONE boat at allocated dock ONLY - subject to prior notification

Large playground

Children play area

community dock for swimming, fishing etc

Garbage bins near entrance of the resort

Fish cleaning cabin

Fire pit - allowed only at the community campfire in the playground which is close to our cottage


RULES

OCCUPANCY - Maximum 6 guests

SMOKING - No smoking inside the cottage and no Weed on the deck and 20 metres around the cottage.

FIRE - Do not ignite any fire related items inside the cottage - CIGARETTES, WEED, GAS STOVE, CANDLES, etc

Trailers and tents are not permitted

The cottage will only be rented out to families and responsible adults

NO NOISE between 11.00 pm to 9 am
