Lakeside cottage with its own beach has all the modern comforts of home - WIFI, A/ C, satellite, dishwasher and a newly installed generator - never be without power. Located on Lower Paudash Lake with beautiful views of the lake and steps to a sandy beach with gradual entry to the water makes it great for all ages. A private boat launch and 30' dock for those that want to bring their boat and jet skis.
A solarium provides shelter and breathtaking views.
So close to the cottage it's ideal to supervisor little ones and steps to your essentials - towels, lotion, toys, food and drinks - no long walk or climb. It won't disappoint.
Large deck, new gazebo with LED lighting and outdoor dining table. The outdoor cooking area includes a granite countertop with Weber BBQ for the serious barbecuers.
Dishwasher makes cleanup easy and the a/c keeps everyone cool on hot days. Leather furniture keeps a modern feel and allows for cleanliness. The cottage is meticulously kept and thoroughly cleaned after each visit.
Don't worry about the garbage or taking it with you, we organize the removal of that too.
Sit by the fire and watch the stars or go inside and choose from a ton of channels on the Shaw satellite , stream a movie on the wifi or hook up your Netflix to Smart TV.
Firewood is supplied at the cottage- just bring kindling.
Take a quick 5 minute boat ride to the sand dune area where people enjoy sitting back and anchoring their boat for a swim.

| We have rented this cottage two years in a row and we just booked again for next year. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is here! The cottage is extremely well equipped with everything you would need and very clean. The pictures are exactly spot on! I love the beach for the grandkids and love that it has it's own boat ramp. We had a very relaxing week of fishing and listening to loons. I would highly recommend this cottage!!

| We have rented many cottages over a number of years and this cottage proved to be one of, if not the, best we have used. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time and were sad to leave.
Inside, the cottage is well equipped, very clean and comfortable and the view from the sunroom facing the lake was great, even on the rainy days.
Outside, as well as the usual deck, there is a gazebo which is a great place to relax when the sun gets too hot. Swimming is good on the left side of the dock with a clear bottom until you are swimming. We saw and/or heard loons every day, sometimes close top our dock!
The owner was helpful and ready with bottled water and propane. We would definitely rent here again.

| We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and meticulously kept cottage, with a very nice sandy beach and dock right there. Had no problem launching my in-law's fishing boat (16ft Legend). Neighbour/owner's cottage is very close by, but this was not a problem at all - they were welcoming and helpful and respected our privacy. Lower Paudash and Bancroft area are beautiful. We are hoping to book again for next summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. From the beautiful drive in through all the trees only to open up to a beautiful wood cottage on a peaceful lake. The cottage itself has everything you need, comfortable beds, and very well kept. The sunroom was an amazing place to sit when it rained also! The grounds were impeccably kept and plenty of chairs to use! The private sandy beach area was perfect for kids and our dog and the private boat launch and dock for your boat was perfect too. We saw and heard loons daily, beavers swam by, a friendly otter played in the water, cranes flew by, and beautiful wildlife noises filled the nights while sitting by the campfire. Firewood provided was a super nice touch.
There is a store close by (5mins) and Bancroft is not a far drive (15 mins)
The owners live close on the right side which pictures do not show, but they are extremely friendly and do not interfere with your stay at all.
Overall would definitely recommend this cottage and most certainly will book again. 5 stars all the way!
