This beautiful cottage sits on majestic Paudash Lake, Northwest lake exposure and is available to fulfill your relaxing northern getaway! Paudash lake is over 14 km in length, over 5 km in width and has a max depth of 150 feet. It averages 28 degrees during the summer months. Enjoy fishing for trout, small and large bass and pickerel, rock jumping, sand dunes, large sandy beach, fully equipped marina so you can partake in water sports or simply lounging lakeside on the dock. Supplies Galore 5 Minutes Away! Cardiff General store is a 5 minute drive, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. LCBO, gas, propane, firewood, video rentals, food & house hold items just to name a few. There are many surrounding ammenties within a 15 minute drive to Bancroft where you will find Foodland, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, LCBO and other local restaurants. The Serenity Lake House will satisfy large groups of families and/or friends up to an occupancy of 14.
