We are located just 90 minutes from Toronto on beautiful Pigeon Lake in the heart of the Kawarthas
Our eleven Pet Friendly 2 or 3 bedroom housekeeping cottages all have a view of the water and are surrounded by stately pines, spruce and birch trees. Cottages include: fully equipped kitchens with full size fridges and stoves; 3 piece bathrooms with lots of hot water; large decks with gas BBQ's; picnic tables along with a private fire pit;access to the internet and all cottages have televisions with access to satellite TV.
Pinewood has something to offer everyone: motor boat rentals, complimentary canoes and kayaks, boat launch, docking if you have your own boat, miles of boating on the largest body of water on the Trent Severn Waterway, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, campfires, sandy beach, swimming/
water slide, play area for children, fishing off the docks.
Peterborough and the Kawarthas offer hundreds of kilometres of picturesque trails for hiking and cycling. Gulf courses as well as many fine shops and restaurants are located nearby.
We rent mainly by the week or month during July and August and mainly weekends or part weeks in May, June, September and October.
