Welcome to **Muskoka Escape**, a private waterfront family compound featuring **3 separate cottages, 9 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms**, just 12 to 15 minutes from Gravenhurst. Perfect for large families and multi-generational groups, the property gives everyone plenty of space while still allowing the whole group to vacation together. Each cottage has its own kitchen, living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. ### THE PROPERTY Located on the quieter side of Pine Lake, the cottages are only steps from the waterfront and offer a peaceful Muskoka setting with beautiful northeast exposure and memorable sunrises. The property faces undeveloped land and is surrounded by Crown land, providing a private and natural setting. Features a renovated kitchen, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and a screened-in porch.
**Cottage 2**
3 bedrooms with a queen bed, double bed and double/twin bunk. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, lake-facing deck and BBQs.
**Cottage 3**
3 bedrooms with a queen bed, double bed, twin bed and twin bunk. Features vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, open-concept living space, beautiful lake views and a private deck off the primary bedroom.
All three cottages include fully equipped kitchens, stainless steel appliances, TVs and comfortable living and dining areas.
Wood-burning stoves/fireplaces are available for cooler evenings.

| Our family tradition continued again this year as we enjoyed another week at the Muskoka Escape. Kids and grandkids love the setting, complete with outdoor ping pong, paddle boards and kayaks. It feels like our home away from home and Marshall and Stephanie continue to upgrade and make our stay even more comfortable.
It's the perfect location for us and we look forward to coming back!

| We recently stayed at this property June 6 - 9 2024. It is an amazing cottage for groups of men on a golfing trip or family and friends for a weekend or week stay. The cottage has all the amenities that one would hope to have at a cottage, the location is perfect as well as there's lots of space between cottages.
I would strongly recommend this cottage if you have a number of family members looking to get away for a weekend or week. The 3 separate cabins makes it ideal for large families to enjoy and still have there own space.

| Our stay at the cottage was pleasantly nice. Since all our kids are adults now, it felt good that we were able to accommodate them with having access to all 3 cottages.
The area is very private and quiet. All cottages are clean, spacious and fully equipped. We were pleased with that.
The owners were helpful and even took our kids for a pontoon ride. We really appreciate their kindness.
We will definitely try to visit in the summer months, when we can enjoy the water activities more.

Terrific for swimming, fishing and enjoying all the paddle boats,canoes and paddle boards that are provided for
a full summer vacation stay. Time went by too fast despite the early morning swims and all day activities.
Great spot for a family group - highly recommended!!!
