Lovely summer cottage with 90 feet of PRIVATE beach - large corner lot. 45 minutes to US Border, Niagara Falls, Niagara wine region and 3 Golf courses. Fire pit.

Main floor has beautiful all natural hardwood floors, spacious living room with sliding glass doors facing the lake.

One bedroom is on the main level with a Queen size bed, Bathroom with shower is on the main floor.
Upstairs loft has a Queen size bed and one Single bed.

The 2nd large bedroom has a King size bed.

Large kitchen is fully equipped, Keurig coffee-maker, microwave, regular coffee maker, blender, crock pot, cutlery, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, soaps, and dish detergent just like home, with gas stove and separate eating/dining area with solid birch table and 6 chairs, surrounded by newer windows looking out to the lake, and side door out to huge 12" x 24" wooden deck. Gas bar-b-que (propane INCLUDED) and full 6 chair patio set.

Very spacious. Everything is INCLUDED, window Air Conditioner, Satellite TV, DVD/VCR player and a large selection of movies, games and books.

Great swimming on PRIVATE 90 foot beach. This is a very large property on BOTH SIDES of scenic Old Lakeshore Drive. Beach is across the road but entire property is private to the water's edge. Large deck across the street on the water side with covered gazebo and Muskoka chairs.
