A south-facing, "A-Frame" cottage that has a charming and cozy cottage feeling! It has all the luxuries of home such as a washer and dryer and dishwasher but in a pristine cottage country location.
If you are looking for a beautiful cottage rental that sits on the water's edge, with a large, spacious, private, sandy beach and brand new dock this is the place for you and your family. The Waterfront (Beach and Dock) are spectacular features of this property that you will rarely find elsewhere in a cottage rental. It's fantastic for children to play on the sandy beach and run in and out of the water - fantastic for swimming and for your whole family to gently ease themselves into the water. Also, has an awesome water mat anchored in the Lake to swim to and from and play on for the kids!
The cottage is located about 10 min. drive to the town of Gravenhurst which has all the amenities you need for your spring, summer, fall or winter vacation! The town of Gravenhurst hosts a number of spring, summer, fall and winter activities for you and your family to do. As well, the cottage is located about 5 min. from the Muskoka Wharf which also has a number of restaurants and activities for families, including a water ski show every week of the summer and a Farmers Market every week in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
TOWN OF GRAVENHURST
Gravenhurst, a short drive away, features the new wharf area, home to Grace and Speed, the antique and classic boat museum at the Muskoka Boat and Heritage Centre. The famous steamship 'Segwun' (built in 1887) and its sister ship 'Wenonah II' cruise Lake Muskoka from Gravenhurst Wharf during the summer. Other points of interest within easy driving distance include Santa's Village in Bracebridge, Pioneer Village in Port Carling, and Bethune House in Gravenhurst. Hardy Lake Provincial Park with its miles of walking trails is only a 15-minute drive away. For golf enthusiasts, there are several prestigious golf courses including Taboo Muskoka Golf and Resort as well as Muskoka Bay Resort located close to the cottage. Muskoka Bay Park located 5-10 min drive away offers 2 tennis courts and a baseball diamond.

| Just finished our third visit to this lovely cottage! Reasons we love it:
- just a few minutes outside of Gravenhurst so it's easy to run into town if you need something
- it's so peaceful, it feels like you're farther out of town
- has a great dock that's perfect for adults to jump into the deep water
- has its own shallow beach that's perfect for the kids to play
- has kayaks we can use, and two huge lakes to use them on, with islands to paddle around
- cottage is clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen
- three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living area
- one very comfy hammock

| If you're looking for a relaxing vacation in a comfortable, well-equipped cottage that is lakeside... this is it! The view is gorgeous calm waters and beautiful sunsets that made every evening feel special. We could sit on the deck for hours just soaking it all in. Most of the days were spent on the beautiful dock, jumping off into the water and using the floating mat.
The owners have thought of everything and continue to ensure the cottage stays comfortable and maintained, year after year. It's a cute a-frame, so it's cozy. It has a nice big dining table that is PERFECT for playing board games and a full kitchen. I appreciate the full-size fridge, water cooler, and other small appliances that are available.
Outside, there's a nice table and chairs to lounge at between swims. The barbecue is well-placed and propane is always provided - we do a lot of barbecuing! We really appreciate the type and number of kayaks provided. The high-quality Muskoka chairs on the dock make a perfect place to relax in the sun during the day and watch the sunset at night.

| The best cottage rental we have ever stayed at. It is such a beautiful, clean and well maintained cottage. They put a lot of effort into making your stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend it for sure. Other ones we have rented we have never really felt like coming back. This one we will rent again for sure. Thank you Beth for making our vacation a lovely one.

| We just spent a week at this fabulous cottage, and had a wonderful time. The cottage is fully equipped, and very comfortable.
Our young Grandsons loved the sandy beach, floating dock and we all took full advantage of the kayaks and canoe.
Beautiful location! We couldn't have asked for anything more!
