This is a 1700sq/ ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, with a large open concept living area. Inside the cottage there are views of the lake on all sides. The master has 2 queens and an ensuite. The second bedroom has 1 double bed.
The cottage is situated by the water's edge on a 1.2 acre lot. The waterfront is deep off the dock for excellent swimming. A large wraparound deck provide lots of outside space to just sit and relax.
Grindstone Lake is less than 2hrs west of Ottawa in Plevna, ON. This is a very clean spring fed lake with a low population of cottagers and thousands of surrounding acres of Crown land. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, and water sports.
Some of the amenities included are a lakeside campfire pit with firewood, propane BBQ, patio furniture, life jackets, 2 kayaks, and a canoe. There is a hammock to nap in by the lake and a screen porch with a lovely view of the water for rainy days. Inside all the amenities are here; gas stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wood stove, and a pool table.

| We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage ! The weather wasn't exactly cooperating but the great kitchen and comfy furnishings made it a super relaxing week with some friends. The HUGE windows let us feel like we were outside even though it rained everyday. Thank you Debbie for all the help. We loved the turntable and pool table. Beds were comfortable and the cottage was very clean and well equipped. Had some awesome baked goods in Plevna. The only negative was that we ate too much!

| Overall, our experience at this cottage was excellent. We spent one week enjoying this beautiful cottage as a family and found many pros about it including: spacious living areas, comfortable and cozy bedrooms, large and extremely well kept bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of amenities such as a pool table, dart board, a record player, plenty of movies and board games, a large deck, fire pit, two docks, kayaks... and the list goes on!
The cottage itself has private lake access on a bay and plenty of very kind and respectful neighbors. We were able to go for many dips in the lake, kayak, and catch lots of fish!
It was clear that the owners of the cottage went to great lengths to make sure that their visitors were fully accommodated and comfortable.
This was one of the most enjoyable family vacations we ever had largely due to this wonderful cottage. We look forward to returning in the future!

| We stayed in this cottage in time for the Canada Day long weekend. What a perfect way to ring in Canada's 150th. We have a high standard for cleanliness and this cottage exceeded all expectations. The lake is lovely with many coves and inlets for exploring by kayak or canoe. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our only complaint is the fishing could be better. They fish are cagey and not very large. Despite the sneaky fish we look forward to returning next year. Thank you Debbie and Mike for sharing your cottage!

| We stayed at the cottage this past August (cannot remember exact date).
We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. From the cleanliness of the cottage, to the beautiful lake, to the hammock at the shore, everything was superb. Communication with Deb was also excellent. We also had access to an awesome pool table, which brought us many hours of joy as we held competitions all week long. :o)
The only possibly "negative" thing we could say is that some of the directions to the cottage, and to town, were not as accurate as they could have been.
Other than that, we had an amazing week, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

| We stayed at this cottage on the first week of July this past year...I have only praise for the cottage, lake and area...The cottage is big with a full size pool table...a great kitchen and BBQ ...The lake is good size and if you have a boat ....a good place to spend the day.....
