****In consideration of our cottage neighbors, smoking marijuana IS NOT PERMITTED at the cottage or anywhere on the property.
$500 security/damage deposit (refunded after rental). A $500 deposit it payable upon booking.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Cancellation Policy
1. If the cottage is struck by disaster, or if it is sold prior to occupancy, then all contracts
will be null and void and payments refunded.
2. Any cancellation must be in writing to the ?Owners?.
3. In the event of a cancellation by the renter 30 days or less prior to the start of the rental date, the
renter will forfeit the full amount of the rental cost.
4. If a cancellation is made 31 days or more prior to the rental date, the owners shall endeavor to re-
rent the property for the period of the original booking. If the owner is successful in re-booking, the
renter will be reimbursed all original funds paid. If only a portion of the period can be rebooked,
the owner will refund a proportional amount of all money paid based on a per day basis.
