| We loved our 2 weeks at Suzanne's lovely cottage. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Suzanne was a very responsive host and a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed cooking in the 'chef's' kitchen. The lake was spectacular and there were great views from the bank of windows. We would love to book again. Thanks for everything Suzanne.

| We had a relaxing stay at Tipsy Cottage in July 2021. The cottage is on a beautiful forested property. The clear, weed-free lake is easily accessible and with very little motorboat traffic. Quiet and relaxing. The view from the lake is gorgeous. We had many hours of sunshine on the dock, paddling about in the kayak and the canoe and, lounging on the inflatable party island.
The cottage is very spacious and the bunkie itself is like a mini cottage. The cottage was clean, well furnished, everything worked well with lots of areas to lounge about. The cottage has three spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well appointed. Lots of room for prep with a great oven for baking. We enjoyed many evening at the outdoor firepit enjoying the view of the lake and cooking our meals on the coal bbq. Suzanne was an amazing host. Very responsive and welcoming. I would rent this cottage again in a heartbeat.

| This is our second visit to Tipsy Canoe. That in itself should tell you how we feel about this cottage. The cottage housed two grandparents, four parents, and three 1-3 yr old grandchildren very comfortably. The main living area is open, large and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen (fully stocked with all you need for cooking) and surrounding bar overlooks the living area so you are always a part of what's going on. The view to the lake is beautiful :-). The upstairs overlooks the living area and the bedrooms are large easily accommodating a pack 'n play for the children. With a bathroom upstairs and downstairs no one was waiting in line for showers. Did I mention the oversized "Bunky" with lovely window views of the lake and deck of it's own? Because of the great internet available the parents were able to Zoom meet in the Bunky while their kids played in the main cottage. The main cottage deck and dock also provided even more areas to "live" on. Didn't have to use the a/c this visit but it was an added bonus our first visit. The owners were very accommodative in every respect. Final comment - "we'll be back"

| We just got home from a week at the Tipsy Canoe and we wish we could go back! This cottage is immaculate and spacious and made for an amazing vacation with our family! It was extremely clean and all the amenities provided were fantastic! Suzanne was extremely courteous and responded to all questions promptly! The additional cabin allowed us to enjoy a little getaway each night where we woke up to the sun rising and the birds chirping! Truly a piece of paradise! We would highly recommend the Tipsy Canoe!
