COTTAGE DESIGNED FOR FAMILY RETREAT , BRING SOME FRIENDS an opportunity to reconnect with family and friends. We asked that guest bring their own sheets/ blankets/pillows.
Check in time after 4pm and check out time is before 10am.
3 acres of privacy on Rice Lake.
Newly built cottage.
2 large bedrooms each with it own ensuite and queen size beds.
2 smaller rooms with bunk beds for the kids.
A sofa bed and Murphy bed for extra guests.
Large deck out front with view of the lake.
Large dock so bring your boat.
Canoe and/or paddle boats will be supplied free with cottage.
Fire pit to enjoy the fresh air and talk about old times or what's to come.
The basement is finished with an extra sitting area, a Murphy bed, and washroom
Walkout to the lower covered deck, wrap around canvas, waterfall, waterfront, and fire pit.
Fishing right off the dock is amazing. Dogs permitted, please clean up after your pets!
30 minutes way from 6 small towns with lots of really great venues.
3 golf courses in the area, 4 wheeler trails near by.
Spend the day on the water, and nights around the camp fire.
Go cart course 10 minutes away.
Rice lake has a great history and part of the Trent system.
Almost every possible fish in this lake.
Kids have a blast catching fish, almost cast after cast,
Mom and Dad can go big and aim for Muskie, pickerel, large mouth bass.
You can sit on 1 of 2 decks and enjoy coffee or BBQ.
Culligan water system installed, surge protector.
We are now offering Pontoon boat rental for an addition fee.
Must have Boat license to rent.
Weekly Pontoon price $1100 per week plus fuel
Daily Pontoon price $200 per day plus fuel.

| Just spent a wonderful week at the Foxpoint cottage on Rice Lake. James was helpful and made booking quick and painless, always prompt to respond. Glenn met us on arrival, got us settled in and provided what we needed for the week. He was kind, warm, and a pleasure to deal with. The cottage was spacious enough for two families and had everything we needed. The pictures were accurate, place was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were great for the families. We set up lawn games and a full volleyball court with room to spare. Our dog had the time of her life running around the yard. We spent many hours fishing off the dock, always reeling something in. We rented the pontoon boat, which comfortably fit our whole group for fishing trips out on the lake, and took it and the canoe over to the little beach on the island across the lake. The cottage was quiet, enjoyable, and gave us some incredible sunsets. Fun, sunny summer days spent with family and friends. There was so much to love about the week, thanks to the space and amenities at the cottage. Thank you, James and Glenn for everything, we hope to be back soon!

| My family just spent another wonderful week at Foxpoint Cottage. We were there in May and enjoyed it so much we just had to come back. This has become our new family tradition.
The cottage truly feels like home. We absolutely look forward to another reunion in the spring.

| My family just enjoyed a relaxing week at FoxPoint. It truly felt like home away from home. The cottage was equipped with everything you need. The open concept provided lake views from the entire living and dining rooms. The beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed basking in the sun while relaxing on the deck in the daytime and gathering around a campfire at night. The expansive property was well maintained. We are already planning another stay in September.

| This review is very overdue but this cottage is probably the best I have found thus far both experience and price-wise! My group of friends stayed here for 2 weeks and we met Glenn, who answered any questions we had and ensured we were comfortable. This cottage has EVERYTHING you need obviously short of the food you need to bring. There are multiple small convenience stores nearby as well as competitive bingo (Hometown Bingo) which we all loved! Amazing experience and no complaints from any of us! Thank you James and Glenn!!!
