| We loved staying at the cottage. It was clean, spacious and had pretty much everything you needed. The kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning a bonus! We will definitely book again.

| The cottage is in a great location, not far from a free beach, has a good layout and plenty of room in and out. It does need some tlc and some photos need updating as they are not a true representation ie: back deck table. The basement is in desperate need of a dehumidifier as it is quite musty. The owners were quick to respond when notified that the dishwasher was not working, sending a repairman and refunding an amount of money when informed it could not be repaired. Received our security deposit the day after check out, which was appreciated.

Owner response: Many thanks for reflecting on your stay and sharing your impressions. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the cottage and found the space comfortable both inside and out. We also appreciate your constructive comments—your suggestions about the photos and basement are noted, and we will be taking steps to improve those areas. We're happy we could respond quickly to the dishwasher issue and that the refund and prompt return of your security deposit were appreciated. The dishwasher was replaced yesterday We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience next time.

| We stayed at three pines this summer for a couple days while visiting family in the area. The cottage was fairly clean and functional but the master bath did appear to have some mold around the shower. We had some issues with a lock in the bedroom that the host did not have a key for, but eventually a lock smith was called. Manu was easy to get ahold of when needed and did respond promptly. The area was nice for any season. Host was quite slow with returning the damage deposit.

Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Three Pines Chalet. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the area and found the cottage clean and functional. I appreciate you pointing out the issues with the shower and the bedroom lock — both have now been resolved to help ensure a smoother stay for future guests. I also appreciate your patience with the deposit return — I recognize the delay and will be taking steps to streamline that process moving forward. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope we can welcome you back again in the future.

| Second year renting this cottage. Great location, beautiful view of the ski hill from the deck. I love the family games available and the air hockey was a hit with the kids. This year we brought some lawn games because there is plenty of room to play. We taught the kids crocket and ring toss.
Beautiful beach not too far from cottage. Great hiking trails close by as well.
Was a great get away from the city. We had a great time.

| Our family has such a wonderful time at this cottage! For our days out, we were able to visit beautiful beaches nearby, eat at delicious local restaurants, and even took a day trip into Ottawa. The cottage itself had a very well stocked kitchen, heaps of games for the kids, and very comfortable couches (with a nice big tv) for those lazy days. Thanks for an amazing vacation!
