Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home on 4 mile bay on Trout Lake, North Bay. We have spectacular southern exposure with million dollar views!! Only 10 mins to downtown North Bay and only 3 hours from Toronto. Downtown has a gorgeous, beach & waterfront area with paths, restaurants, large mall and world class fishing on Lake Nipissing. Our cottage boasts a wrap around deck which leads to your beautiful southern exposure screened in porch. Within 20 steps you have a phenomenal extra large lower deck leading to your deep water dock that can easily accommodate a boat/ Seadoo!!
Kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you need to whip up a gourmet meal or BBQ with the family. Has stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer.
3 bedrooms can easily accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 kids. Maximum 5 adults, depending on number of children. Upstairs are 1 king bed in the master, and a twin & double bunk bed for the kids in the second one on main floor! Another bedroom in the downstairs has a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms - one up and one down. Finished walkout basement. The home is equipped with a gas fireplace, heat pumps and A/C, Wifi, Smart TV, BBQ and a fire pit included - just bring marshmallows.
The calm clean waters of Trout Lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming. The boat launch is only 800 meters away!!
Also included for use at no extra charge is a new 3 person 14' canoe, 3 kayaks and a paddle boat.
The home has plenty of parking and paved main road access so bring your motorcycle and vehicle!! 5 vehicle spaces!!
Summer rental dates are available but will book quickly. We rent only by the week. Don't wait and get your preferred dates in now!!!
We are pet friendly but with exceptions. You are responsible for your pet and any damages or cleaning. Pet permitted ONLY with prior approval.
Great restaurant and pub only 5 min walk from the home.
Strictly NON smoking.
Half of the week rental rate is required as a deposit at time of booking plus a refundable security deposit of $500 required.
Indemnity:cottage renter must be at least 25 years of age, in the case of unrelated group renters, all persons must be 25 years old. Cottage renters are responsible for their guests and families activities at all times. Renters must be in charge of their children at all times. We accept no responsibility for any person or persons using the cottage and surrounding grounds for loss or injury to their person or property, whether loss through fire, theft, collision or vandalism including all items stored on our property (ATVs, snowmobiles, boats, trailers for these vehicles, automobiles, etc.)
Occupancy Limit: Our lake front home has a maximum occupancy limit. The house is best suited to 4 adults and/or 2-3 children. The cottage is for the enjoyment of the renters only, up to the maximum approved guests.
Other guests or any visitors must be approved by us prior to the visit.
Other guests/visitors are subject to fees.
Absolutely no overnight guests other than the guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted. Family/group get-togethers are not permitted at our cottage without prior approval.

| We spent the best week at Erica's beautiful cottage.
The pictures do not do it justice.
It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious.
Loved all the different outdoor seating areas. And all the potted flowers just made it feel like home.
The Aqua Lilly Pad was used endlessly by our 5 & 7 year old's. That was a wonderful bonus!!!

| We just spent a week at Erica's cottage with my daughter and her husband and couldn't be happier with our stay! The home is comfortably furnished, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location is superb - beautifully sunny dock area with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The swimming was great and the calm water made for many relaxing paddles. The screened in porch and upper shaded patio were also highlights of our stay. Departing was a sad moment for us all! Thanks for everything Erica!

| We had an absolutely fabulous time at the cottage that was even nicer than expected expect all the amenities and toys including a floater mat that our grandson enjoyed everyday! The lake was incredible and so close to town and other activities. We will definitely be back!!

| Was a fabulous girls weekend to celebrate our 50th's! Weather was spectacular and was able to go for a paddle on a glassy lake and swim in the crystal clean water. A glass of wine on the dock with breathtaking views was a great way to de-stress and relax. Leaves were beautiful and went for some great hikes. Wonderful for a September getaway. Lots of space for a group of 5. Plenty of areas to sit and visit. Was able to park multiple vehicles without difficulty. Would definitely recommend for a group or family.
