A prime location, with access to both PEI's North and South shores and conveniently situated close to communities Souris & Montague, PEI. Less than 30mins away from world class Golfing (Dundarave, Links at Crowbush), Dining (Chef Michael Smith - Inn at Bay Fortune) and Tours (Fiddling fisherman).
The Property:
This oceanfront property features 2km of sun-drenched beachfront, private only to cottage community. Lots of space for the kids to run and play! Explore the bays on Basin Head beach, located just east of cottage property. The Singing Sands beach, just across the yard is where you can swim, play beach volleyball, kayak, or enjoy a campfire at the end of the day.
The Cottage:
The beautiful cottage has an open concept and smart design, perfectly setup for family and/
or entertaining. Boasting a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow, with a new enclosed sunroom with glass and screens all around and new flooring throughout the entire premise.
Living room complete with furniture (couches, sofa's) and flat screen satellite TV.
Internet: Satellite (Starlink) internet and WIFI providing seamless connectivity for streaming services or video conferencing.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals for the whole family, including dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, double door refrigerator/freezer. Also includes smart breakfast bar and stools. Prepare a quick bite before heading down to the beach for the day.
Bedroom / Bathroom:
Three bedrooms: 1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 single (Bunk Beds). Fitted sheets, pillowcases and bedding provided.
One Bathroom: Off Master bedroom, with Shower and bathtub, toilet and double sink.
Mudroom: Complete with washer and dryer
The rates:
Weekly stays only during the summer high season (July/August).
Check in/Check out: Saturdays 10am/3pm.
Peak season - July / August ($2000 weekly)
Low season - June / September ($1200 weekly)
Deposit required to secure booking: $250
